I recently returned from El Pollo Loco, and each time I visit this location, there seems to be something missing from my order. If I do not verify my order, I do not receive some Item(s). El Pollo Loco, where is the quality control with people orders and the quality of your food, lacking good food with quality taste.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive what we have ordered. Regardless, I realized halfway home that my salad was missing, in my order , so I made the decision to drive back, which added approximately ten minutes to my journey.
I returned to the drive-thru window and informed the attendant that my salad was not included in my order. She inquired about my order, to which I replied that I had ordered a three-piece combo without a drink. I showed her the bag, and then she asked for my receipt. I explained that it was not in the bag, but I had paid using my card.
She expressed her displeasure with with her Heavenly makeup to face scowling face, stating that I should not give her any attitude, despite the fact that, I am not the one who served her.
I was taken back by her behavior It is evident that she is quite rude and should not be working at the service window. As a paying customer, I was met with hostility; she failed to apologize for the inconvenience of me having driving back to El Pollo Loco to pick up a new salad, did not offer any compensation for my troubles, and simply handed me my order missing item before slamming the window shut and walking away. I was left astonished.
I am quite dissatisfied with this particular El Pollo Loco location the food and the service are lacking...

Just the other night my I go to get a family meal and I ask for the family avocado salad as one of the sides (as pictured). They say "sure we can certainly do that" - I get home and the salad is lettuce in a bowl. It's missing the cheese, tomato, dressing and avocado. Since I'm the only vegetarian in the house, I'm out of dinner. My wife goes back to get it corrected. What they give her is another salad, again chopped lettuce - no avocado and like two chips crumbled into the mix. She goes back and the third time they give her a side of avocado to put on the salad. The avocados are dark, black spotted... really gross. Again the salad is missing their signature creation. I gave up and skipped on dinner. I really dislike getting food there. If I ask for a dish (like the tostada salad) without meat, they charge me full price. No other fast food place does that. As a company - it lacks any responsibility with its customers... look at their corporate Facebook page... people are posting the grossest situations and the company doesn't respond... so I doubt they'll change anything with this local office. Enough suckers are willing to shell out $$ every day for the wrong orders, and we keep coming back. The only way they'll listen is if you all stop showing up. Read morePoor customer service, they refused to make my order when I placed it online. I went through the drive through and asked if I could get the catering size order of taquitos. The girl told me to come and talk to the manager or call. The order is only 16 taquitos by the way. I asked if I could just place the order online because I had my kids with me, she agreed. I called and spoke to someone who said they didnt receive my order, this was after I received an email confirmation and receipt for my order. i went to the restaurant to show them my confirmation. It was around 12 30. Ashley, at the register said the email says your order will be ready at 2pm . I asked if she could make it now since I was there. She said no, I got upset because I felt like she wasnt trying to help me and had a poor attitude.
