Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Palmdale

I went through the drive through this morning to get food for myself and my kiddos as I normally do .normally it's a pleasant experience and I choose this jack in the box above the rest purely because they have more consistency and dont just slop things together .I got a chicken sandwhich for myself in which I could not even eat .one bite the entire piece of chicken seemed to be nuked together so badly that it turned into a crisp hockey puck .I then turn around and go inside for them to remake it (shouldn't of been a big deal ). Well I was helped by a very disrespectful what looked like straight out of highschool girl named daniela .I explained to he r it was not edible and if she could remake it .she said one moment and helped another guest ni then said I have my kids in the car so if u can remake it that would be great. She rolled her eyes and rudely to food from my hands.i told her she could do without the attitude .then she turned around sharply and started pointing her finger around as if she just came off the Jerry Springer show lol .she continued to mumble stiff as she walked back behind counter to make my food .at this point idk what her intentions were with my food .especially since she seemed so upset that it had to be remade in the first place .I asked for my money back .because food poisoning didnt seem like something I wanted today .normally i dont write these reviews because I've worked in food service also and i can understand people can be demanding .but i also believe people can have compassion and be respectful .and she definitely lacked both .i use to be a promising customer as i mentioned before i frequent this location but sadly I dont think I will be ordering from here any time soon .sad lil brave girl behind the counter is very rude .in this town it wont get her far .hopefully she dosent meet somebody more aggressive then me .cuz I'm positive at some point somebody will handle it alot differently then how I did . Usually, our food is pretty correct, even though we have a custom order every time. Unfortunately, the service is lacking, especially in the drive through the employee. Jocelyn was so rude to us that she didn't even let the card process at the drive through pulled it out early and told us our card was declined and we asked her to run it again and she just rolled her eyes at us and closed the door. From the start of our order at the speaker. She sounded extremely tired and annoyed with our order. We tried to go slow and make sure everything was accurate. We did have a large order for 6 people. When we got to the first window to pay, she was extremely rude and was taking someone else's order. At the second window, we let the lady know about how rude their service was from the lady who took our order. And she stated that she would speak to her. But this is not the first time we've had an issue at the drive through, inside ordering is much better I have to say.

UPDATE TODAY WAS...

Very poor service I was there to pick up a door dash I waited about 20 mins and I was totally ignored like I was invisible so I finally told worker I was there to pick up doordash which im pretty sure they already knew and I was told they were preparing it and they didn’t know how long it would be…I thought that was very unprofessional and it was a very small order….These workers tend to treat us like we’re nothing and take our job as a joke but want people to take their job serious folks need to stop playing with people money because I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t want nobody playing with there’s I’m trying to feed my family just like they are we not out here driving for our health…..I’m calling corporate asap I don’t like the energy this...
