Primo Burgers — Restaurant in Palmdale

The place has chairs tables that have not been cleaned for it looks like a long time,the floors are filthy dirty,the bathroom is dirty nasty and very unsanitary,we got a fried chicken dinner the chicken was old and dried up,we had to wait for our food,other couple arrived and got their coffee first when we had paid and already ordered before them and other people got their drinks first,seems like they are short handed the owner should have more people work their so the place gets cleaned up I am still going to call the co of la health dept and have them inspect the food and the storage freezer,the kitchen is nasty and the chef is a non talking non friendly person i tried to ask him a question and he acted like i was not there wow really,i will not go there ever again till they redo the rest and it is and has been redone,it is dire need of repairs and a good cleaning,seems like they all dont care if it clean no one cleans the tables the floor the bathroom and the front would be nice if the owner added some lattice or something to help keep oit cool the inside is hot and has no air con except the back when you order your already sweating i can imagine the workers how they feel terrible food and a...

Picked up a phone order paid over $50 . Food was good. Only problem is I ordered a combo breakfast burrito that was very small with almost nothing of meats no cheese I called spoke to a girl named Caron who said to bring the burrito back and she will have a new one made. . So my son took it back same girl Caron picked at it with her fingers and then with a fork and gave it back to my son and said she can not give him a new one and turned him away. I called back spoke to her again she said she picked at it with a fork . I tried to explain that was not professional for her to pick at the burrito she tried to justify herself. I’ve bought food from Primos for over 20 years. I have never been as dissatisfied as I have been for the past couple of years about this location. Absolutely RUDE service!!! I have a family of 6 and each one of us gets an individual meal. It’s not chump change and I know I didn’t ask for a side of attitude and rudeness. It’s sad that they lose loyal customers because they can’t get the employees under control. Asking for a manager at this location is absolutely useless.
