SBM is one our favorite Store But * Had this one issue with Lotto Machine inside the store 🙄 as I was leaving out. I purchased a couple Scratchers as always. But apparently S tickets came out of the machine ripe in 3 places. Scene Mr Harvey Store Mgr. He's hard worker at Cashier checkout line as alway help store customers. Ask him out loud could someone assist me. To replace damage Scratchers Tickets. He got on PA system won't say her name . She came out of front room immediately. I should employee the Damage ticket. She insistent go to lotto scanner to see ,if there winners. It was obvious I told her no. Apparently she didn't know what she was doing and saw she was alittle irritated. She got the key from Mr. Harvey, she was struggling with lotto machine to get open and also she wasn't a Mgr. I saw how tuff it was for her and told her just give the cash back. She had this negative attitude She said to me she wasn't a CASHIER some others remarks. if my daughter's where there she would've got a taste of her own medicine. Young Lady you need Customers service retraining because it wasn't that serious and now one didn't ask for your dumb opinions and negative criticism . Well I’ve finally met that day when stater brothers disappointed me. I got there at 1057 got to the door 1058 pm. I understand it was 2 min before closing time. security would not let me in. Blocking the door. I asked him what time does it close he said right now. I asked again what time he finally answered 11. I just asked to get donuts cause my mom wanted them. Quick and easy and again told me no. When I got into my car I see a guy that pulled into the parking lot at 1101 pm. Why did they let him in and then like 10 min after he came out with sodas? I was there 2 min before closing and they turned me away and yet another customer was able to get in after 11? I understand you guys want to go home. But if the store closes at 11 pm why are you shutting your doors almost 10 min before closing turning people away? We love to go to this market. But sometimes we didn't get a good services from their employees. Last week we ordered 80 pieces of chicken time to pick up was 10:30 AM, we arrived there at 10:15AM. I let her know we are going to pick up the order, I told my name but she not even knew we ordered, she looked the order then told us" you came to early your order is at 10:30". I said yes but now it's almost 10:20 AM do you think it's enough time to cook 80 pieces of chicken. She just keeps telling you came to early, do you want to talk to the manager. I said I don't since the more I talked the more she was upset and didn't cook our ordered. I wondered why she was upset rather then she said sorry or something nice to us or felt bad because not ready yet and will cook soon. Other things we didn't like was one of worker at meat department was yealling at my husband when he asked twice about meat on sale😑. Workers smoke in front of store 😜 not good...
