Mi Ranchito — Restaurant in Palmdale

Orders taquitos got home to find out they forgot to put guacamole and sour cream. Just plain (from the fryer )taquitos no sauce nothing smh. I called they said because of covid 19 they it is "ALL SALES FINAL" ???? SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME, if I was allergic to something and ask to not add it, take a bite and find the ingredient, its oh well all sells final. Smh never heard of a great business like that smh customers should always feel like they are welcomed. Not to mention they had a rat run into the dinning area near the toy machine, I had to yell at the customers to watch out because they rat was running around in the dining area. The workers were just like whatever as if they are use to it. Never eating there again. Very disappointed and I always support local businesses but...

Horrible service. I placed an order online and on the menu there is an option for salsa and chips, I ordered two orders of salsa and chips. We only received the chips. When I called to inform them of the mistake the woman who answered was extremely rude. She told me that there is a salsa bar and you have to get your own salsa. ???? Well considering I ordered delivery I could not get my own salsa. I asked why is this on the menu if salsa is unavailable because I paid for it and her response was “I don’t know, I don’t make the menu” So I then asked to speak to a manager and she says “ There is no manager “ At that point I just hung up. I will NEVER order from this place again. They need to retrain their employees on customer service ASAP and fix their menu because it’s false...

I thought I would give it one more try. And was disappointed again. I felt embarrassed with my friend as this was her first and last time eating this did. First the cashier didn't listen to my order. And same as last time got it wrong. So I spent 38 dollars for two people to eat. And it was bad. I ordered the chicken enchiladas plate. And my friend wanted a taco and cheese enchilada plate. What I got was two chicken enchiladas plates, a chicken taco separate, a cheese enchilada separate, rice side and a bean side. What a joke. I personally think it's how they treat white people. But it's all good. They will never get my business again. I used to enjoy the one on Palmdale Blvd East of Sierra hwy....
