My daughter (10 y/o) said "very cutesy vibes" 😍 Fresh, Flavorful & Full of Heart! The food here is Absolutely Delicious 🤤 — you can taste the quality and freshness in every bite. The tempura? Lightly battered and fried to crispy perfection 👌🏻. We tried the deep-fried Philadelphia roll, and WOW — the way the cream cheese melted into the salmon… OHMYGOODNESS 🫠 Pure bliss. All the sauces are homemade by Joy herself, and it shows in every flavor-packed dip and drizzle. Joy came out to greet us — so warm and welcoming, we truly felt at home 🫰🏻. Went with my girlfriend during dinner hour, I was a bit disappointed. HOWEVER I know this place has potential and they can definitely do better and I don’t say that lightly. We ordered 2 bentos and my complaints were that there wasn’t enough rice, there definitely needs to be more rice. the beef was a bit dry, the chicken was actually pretty good but it was lacking a charred flavor, and the bento box didn’t really fit the aesthetic of the food. I recently visited Joy's Japanese Kitchen and was thoroughly impressed with both the food and the overall experience. I ordered the Baked Scallop Roll and the Seafood Udon, and both dishes exceeded expectations. Joy came out to greet us, and made sure we were happy and satisfied with our meals.
