Coming from an Hispanic woman I'm Hispanic native proud to be Brown but my experience today at this place was awful disrespectful bad customer service whoever Cooks The food doesn't know how to cook the food was bland the steak was drying service sucked myself and my friends went to have lunch two Hispanic women and a black woman literally ordered my friends food she was polite the one that took the order she was polite to ask cuz we were Hispanic she's not only forgot my friend's food after I ordered her food first she told my friend that that was enough chilas that you go and get some from us that we had a lot minus my friend is black she the only forgot her food after ordering it then saying that she was making it and then she tried to lie and say that she never she forgot to charge us coming from someone that was a manager on general manager and fast food one thing you don't do is you refuse a customer customers are always right and my friend felt targeted how are you going to attack a black woman if we pay up to $80 of food cash we get what we ask for highly offended disrespected if I would have known this place had racist people people of color my people I've never been so ashamed to be Hispanic in my life until I went to this place today and on behalf of the brown rasa I'm sorry but she was an embarrassment she was a cashier lady she not only cut us off forgot my friend's food refused my friend to get Chiles after we pay cash I will never come to this place and I would highly suggest any Black or Hispanic woman to not come you might get targeted on racial and the owner the owner came after the fact didn't take care of it just kept looking at his playing at us trying to attack us I'm taking it to corporate and I'm finally complaint against that lady and I guess the owner of this place my friend should never be felt disrespected or out of place cuz of the color of her skin I give this place no...

Primo Burgers is a covid-19 friendly Mexican American diner and drive thru with healthy fast food alternatives and low prices.

Menu highlights for breakfast include chorizo and eggs, with toast and hash browns or beans rice and tortillas, pancakes, french toast, omelettes, and bacon.

For lunch, try a chef, cobb, Greek or taco salad. Grilled sandwiches, melts, and burgers with toppings like pastrami, mushrooms and jalapenos. Add well seasoned crunchy french fries and a drink for a small charge. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas and Mexican meals are enough to share and around $10.

Social distancing practices at primo are excellent. The dining room is currently closed. Ordering ahead encouraged. Capacity is limited to about one customer at a time. After you order, wait outside for your food safely.

Food is good, the Service is the worst, I have ever seen!!! A Large grub Hub Order was placed and once I received the order, 5 burgers were missing. Grub Hub was contacted and, the driver was able to contact Primo Burge r#6 and was advised they gave her everything. The Driver contacted myself back and advised to refund through Grub Hub. I contacted Primo Burger #6 and the Person who answered the phone set the phone on the counter and proceeded to help several guests. I finally yelled, "is someone there" and the person came back on the phone to state, He remembered the order and gave the Grub Hub Driver 1 burger only.
