Mi Ranchito Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Palmdale

This place has the worst service imaginable !!! I walked in to place my order and patiently waited in line but needed to use the restroom which the women can clearly see that I was going to purchase something then I was told that I could not use the restroom that I needed to buy something first , with that being said I had to leave the building and go to a nearby restaurant to use the restroom to come back just to purchase something. So then the following morning I called Maricella the owner of Mi Ranchito to inform her on a how unprofessional her staff was and she immediately began to defend the woman and hung up in my face and told me she didn't care that she lost a customer, I feel as though if I were apart of their culture I would have been treated differently, I will never ever purchase anything from...

Horrible customer service. Went through the drive-through only to be told that I could only use plastic. I only had cash on me unfortunately. I wasn’t able to get out of the drive-through so I had to wait about 10 minutes before I could go elsewhere because they wouldn’t accept cash at the drive thru but if I parked and walked inside then they would accept the cash! 🙄 And no there was no sign declaring this issue at the point of the drive-thru entrance or anywhere on the business...

I did not recommend coming here to this Mi Ranchito on Palmdale boulevard and 6th Street. Gabriella Ramos drive-thru person very unprofessional and rude even the cook was even rude refused my service. I am daily customer that enjoy their food I will NOT coming in anymore just because of their unprofessional service . Definitely needs to retrain the whole crew. DO NOT COME HERE. Spoke with Araceli she was no help with situations.thumb down....
