PINK MERRY — Restaurant in Palmdale

Went there today and will not be going back. This place used to be real good but its going down hill. We got home to eat and the chicken was dry, salty an tasted burnt. It was smothered in sauce which i think was to mask the burnt taste. We also asked for no dressing on the salads they both had extra dressing, the smell make me nauseous for some reason. The tempura was soggy especially the shrimp and onion. I give them 2 stars cuz at least they listened about no avocado on my roll. The wait time is also ridiculous up to 30 minutes even when not busy. Used to be a great place for Japanese food but i think ill stick to Harbor or Saku...

Placed order over the phone an they told me 20min. I arrive and pay they proceed to tell me that my food isn't ready because they like it to be fresh. 20min after they give me my food. I ask about the extra chicken I ordered on the side, which they charged me for, they tell me they don't do "on the side". They claim they added the extra meat on the bowl, so i figured not what I wanted but that's fine i guess.

Once I arrived at home i open the teriyaki bowls not a single one had extra chicken.

Foods great, but customer service and satisfaction are horrible. Don't bother ordering extra meat. Spent a bit more than 100 bucks for what...

We stopped because the hamburgers looked good in the window. Went in and didn't see them in the menu but all the sushi looked so good. So we got a chicken plate which was great! Got 2 rolls and they were huge!!!. It was a bit small and warm in dining area. Staff was friendly. The guy gave our food to other customers who were waiting after us, then they returned it and he bagged food to go in front of us, when we were dining in and gave it to us..which was why I didnt give them 5 stars. Will definitely go again, like I mentioned the food was great but will be taking to go...
