Hey Y'all!!! Let me tell you!!! This Young Beautiful Lady Chef is AMAZING!!!

Listen... I was nominated last minute to host Mother's Day at our home and had no clue as to what I would serve. Honestly I wanted to just relax!!! I didn't want to hassle with grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. Soooooo, I went out on a whim and decided to try in-home catering. But it was super last minute and I thought was gonna fed my family store bought fried chicken, potato salad and pizza. 😂

However, I'd been following and watching Jai's Steakhouse for a while and always wanted to taste her food as it looks soooo yummy. I messaged Jai Tuesday to see if she would be available to cater a party of 30 for Sunday MOTHER'S DAY, and she was unbelievably available!!

When I tell you that Jai showed up and showed out is an understatement. Bayyybeeee, that food was AMAZING!!! Seasoned to PERFECTION! I order her Hibachi special and it was waaayyyy better than Tokyo Steakhouse AND Benihana's. No lies!! I'm a foodie and I love to eat and I keeps it 100!!!

Listen, I'm not a huge fan of vegetables, but her broccoli mix is jamming, jamming. Her fried rice was ricing, her noodles??!!! I'm still trying to describe how tasty they were because tasty is not enough of a description. Now listen, I'm a chicken thigh girl because to me, the breast be too dry. But bayyybeeee, Jai's chicken breast was soooo juicy, tasty, flavorful and just all around good. Now let's talk about the tender, mouthwatering juicy seasoned to perfection steak!!!! Ooohhhhhh weeeeeeee baybeeeee. That steak was FIRE!!! And her homemade teriyaki sauce and yum yum sauce should be bottled up and sold on shelves. When I tell you the food was AMAZING it was The BOMBDIGGITY!!! Seriously.

I can't wait to host another party so that I can book Jai's Steakhouse again. I can't wait to try her Philly Steak egg rolls!!!! Oooohhhh I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

And I can't end this review without saying how professional, responsive, accommodating, and respectful Jai was. She's completely AMAZING and I can't wait to have her cook for us again as my family truly enjoyed their meal.

We celebrate two birthdays 1 week apart in October and wanted to have a special family birthday dinner. I had never had a chef come to my home before and was not sure what to expect and Jai was so professional and friendly.

Jai answered all of my questions and had easy to choose from menu options. We chose the Hibachi dinner buffet and it was delicious. Her homemade sauces were a nice complement to the perfectly seasoned beef and chicken. Everyone loved the noodles and my husband didn’t even have to order extra egg on his egg fried rice because Jai already prepares her fried rice with plenty of fluffy egg. Some of our family members don’t usually choose veggies and we all really enjoyed it she beautifully prepared the vegetables.

It was a great way to share food as a family without having to order take out or haul our young children out to a formal dinner. We definitely have to plan more of these and can’t wait to hold you over at home again...

Chef Jai has catered several events for my family and I. She is extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable. The first event she catered was for my Mother In Laws birthday. It was a small intimate brunch for about 20 people. She arrived on time and got straight to it. The food was prepared with fresh ingredients, it was piping hot and she served each one of us with a smile. You can tell that Chef Jai is passionate about her cooking, everything she cooks is made with love! There is nothing that she cannot prepare, she has catered brunches, Hibachi, Soul Food, Mexican Food, Appetizer bars for my family and I. I am so thankful to have found someone as amazing as Chef Jai. My family and I will continue to book with her and I encourage everyone else...
