Consistently I have issues with this location. If theyâre not out of beans, or the freeze machine âis downâ, then itâs âtheir only accepting cashâ. Always something, and Iâm not even exaggerating. Another time when Iâve come by in the past few months, the guy over the drive-thru speaker tells me that âtheyâre out of EVERYTHINGâ. Listen, Taco Bell on 47th, donât lie and give some lame excuse because your employees want to wrap up all the food an hour before closing. Be honest and say that itâs been a slow day and youâll be closing early or something, geez. But, for this location to not only be immature about things like this, but for SOMETHING TO CONSTANTLY GO WRONG, well that seems to be a franchise owner neglecting their restaurant.    Read moreI used to love this place they did the food rt and had the best employees and service. But the last several months service has gone WAY down esp in the morning.. I no longer do breakfast there. I asked about the the menu not being up or switched because of the specials that change . Was told O we dont always change it because most of our customers are repeat customers and always get the same thing or know what they want so we dont need to change it from lunch to breakfast menu etc. Then the Last time I go inside and wait 15 min for them to finish the drive threw keep walking over like they going to help me then go back to drive thew to wait for a car pulling in. Over n over again. Then what seems like a Manager tells the girl to ask if I mind using the computer or doing it online because they cant help me at the walk up. I kindly decline after 25min.    Read moreSo we had a pretty big order and we let them know, they let's us know what wasnt available as we said what we wanted and we adjusted the order a little to accommodate. Than we paid for the order and they told us to park out front and wait for the order. We waited for almost 10 minutes than a lady comes outside with just a bag no drinks at all and says this is everything. We already knew they messed up so we hop back in the drive thru we let them know about the drinks they forgot a large Pepsi and a large cherry twist freeze. We drive up to the window and he's pouring two sodas I let him know about my freezy and he hands me a small one I asked for a large, but I was done at this point it's 1 am I'm tired I went home and dealt with what we had.
