FIX Mobile — Local services in Palmer Township

I went here a few months back to have the screen replaced on my samsung galaxy S8. They were very courteous, I have no complaints on their customer service. But for the amount I had paid for the work, I'm extremely disappointed in quality and durability of my phone.

I had to return afterwards because the glue used to set the screen was visible after having dried. They were very kind in resetting my new screen. But unfortunately, problems continued.

Everything was fine for the first two months. All of a sudden, the otterbox would not align with the side buttons of my phone. I have been very cautious and havent done any damage to my phone, and was wondering if maybe the otterbox itself was faulty. Undoing my phone case, I realized that the real problem was that the glue had come undone and the top half of my phone was rising up!

I think there may be faulty equipment being used. The people there know what they are talking about it seems, so I dont think it was an error of technique. But after all the money I spent to repair my phone I expected far better quality. I didnt purchase an extended warranty because I will be leaving the country very soon and was unsure of my leave date at the time, so I'm unfortunately stuck with a botched phone. After my phone was repaired, it also isnt holding its charge for very long, when battery life used to be superior.

The person who helped me was very nice, and the work was done swiftly. Im just disappointed at how damaged my phone remains - I spent a good sum of money and am left with an issue not caused by my own actions.

I had decided to give this place a chance even after my dad had told me he received poor service, and am disappointed that I seem to be dealing with the same...

This Company is very helpful and truthful. I've been going to them for a alot of years now with issues on my phone I would rather go to them then deal with Apple or AT&T these two companies that I dealt with in the past have always give me nothing but trouble But fix mobile has earned my trust which is rare for me. A few years ago my phones motherboard crashed they were honest with me and told me they were not able to fix my phone and not to waste my money. I then went to my provider and they wanted out rages money to fix it and told me that I was unable to get a new phone until had my installments was paid for in full/ outstanding balance because I didn't pay for that stupid protection plan. I went back to fix mobile and told them what AT&T told me Out of the kindness of their heart they helped me temporary until I was able to get a new phone. This is the kindness that they shown that all small companies should keep in mind and I will recommend this company to everyone that I see and know that have phone issues. I will always continue going to them as for example my screen cracked to the point that the phone was unusable and they were willing to repair my phone with pieces of an old phone that had a tiny crack in it. this problem cost me $53 if you would go to AT&T or Apple it would cost me easy 300. AT&T and Apple both would not do the transfer because the new screen having a small on it crack which was a lot better than my previous screen which was cracked all over and was impairing my Usage Thanks again fix moble. When I get my new phone I will come back to you for a screen protector. I have learned my lesson and will always keep one on...

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!!!! I got my phone fixed here and was very surprised with the results up until about a month ago when my friend had pointed out that you could see the the light from my screen shinning through the spots on where the screen is popping up. The parts must be very cheap for this to be happening in less than a 3 months. Also every time I tap on my screen you can hear the screen scratching against the inner inside of the phone since it keeps popping in and out. The guy also claims he puts a premium grade screen protector on it and it's clearly not the best screen protector since it wasn't (ballistics glass) instead it was a cheap grade standard plastic screen protector, which brings me to my next problem. About a week ago I dropped my phone and my screen completely shattered. The screen stopped working and the glass started falling off and it was just awful. If you need to get your phone fixed, I extremely not recommend coming here especially due to the such high prices for such poor quality. THIS PLACE IS A REAL JOKE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT USING THE QUALITY PARTS THEU...
