Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

I'm going to give three stars because of the service I received in the past versus now. Honestly had the service been consistent with how it had been in the past it would have been a five star. But the fact is is that the service I received in the last three visits have been very disrespectful. The lady at the window refused to even look at me just handed me my stuff and when I said thank You just blew it off like it was nothing. No maybe she doesn't speak English but I kind of doubt it because she was the one who took my order. Also I've noticed that they have not been serving the hot donuts anymore. Since that has been the norm for the last three visits I will not be purchasing from this establishment anymore. I understand that in the restaurant business things happen in house that we do not see but I do not deserve to pay for mismanagement of employees. The dozen that I normally Buy for the place I work at every two weeks will now be purchased at Dunkin' Donuts or Publix. Dear Krispy Kreme, My brother and i have been loyal customers for as long as i could remember. More than 15 years, probably more. If i could give this place negative 100 stars i would. Not kidding, we have visited more than 12 times in the past year after 8 pm. EVERY single time we have gone we have left with ZERO donuts. The employee is either outside, on the phone, stating they ran out of donuts or scream out of the intercom " aint no donuts anymore". A few years ago i would drive with my brother late at night and ALWAYS came back with two dozen glazed which is what we always ordered. These rude, lazy employees are taking advantage of the company. I would be EXTREMELY SATISFIED to have, at least, a manager contact me. Somebody, anybody. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY! This is very upsetting. So.. we usually come here for donuts.. but today... today had me change my 5 stars to 1... and if i could put 0 stars i would... first off.. the lobby was closed which is weird so it forces us to use the drive thru.. once there.. we start giving our food order but instead of the lady waiting for us to complete the order she automatically tells us the total and wants us to drive up. please let me finish telling you what we want before you push us off. there was no one else in line.. there was only 1 other vehicle there but they were parked by the door.. so why are you rushing us? it isn't like we already knew what we were going to order. we werent given enough time at the drive thru to look over what is available before you want us to order and leave. i am very disappointed with the...
