My first time ordering from sweet green and it was a horrible experience i will never be ordering again. I ordered the shrimp bowl because i don’t eat any chicken or meat i haven’t for over 6 years for health reasons and others. Anyway almost 40 mins after placing my order i receive a phone call from my Uber driver (who btw was outstanding with his service unlike the employees at sweetgreen) telling me that he was going to put a sweet green employee on the phone because they did not have any shrimp i said ok. I get on the phone with this girl who you could hear it in her voice she did not want to do her job and she sounded so lost. She proceeded to tell me that sweetgreen no longer serves shrimp on their menu and that it has been discontinued (yet if this was true why would they still be offering it on the Uber eats menu) so she just gave me chicken instead…. I proceeded to tell her that i don’t eat chicken and she was like “oh ok we’ll we can give you mushrooms instead” first of all let’s dissect this in what world is it okay to automatically decide your going to give someone who ordered a shrimp bowl chicken instead automatically assuming they even eat chicken??? That was the first strike. I wasn’t in the mood to argue so i said ok that’s fine just give me the mushrooms then (mind you a shrimp bowl costs more than that of a bowl with only mushrooms or veggies would of costed) 30 mins later i receive my Uber order and to my astonishment my entire bowl was missing all that was in the bag were these charred burnt mushrooms and NO BOWL, NO RICE NO Nothing literally burnt mushrooms… i was flabbergasted and starving at this point. My friends and i couldn’t believe what was going on. I then proceeded to try and contact the restaurant and there was literally no way to get in contact with them. They have a phone # and automatic system that leads you to nowhere and no one. And Instead of being able to talk to someone on the phone they have a texting system where they have someone text you for customer service i mean really?? Is that what the world has come to??? Luckily i was able to get in contact with my Uber driver who was truly the sweetest and he said he could help by going back to the restaurant and i told him not to worry because they closed at 9pm anyway. So he told me to just dispute it with Uber eats which i did and apparently will be receiving my refund back but to be honest i could not leave this unsaid. I’m truly never one to leave a bad review but this experience was absolute insanity. The restaurant provided me with absolutely no solution and did nothing to make my experience better. Never again. This was on Sunday 10/22/23 around 8pm at night so whichever girl was working that night needs to get it together horrible service. You need to be alittle more aware and conscious when working and the employees were not even going to call me to tell me what was going on with my order…. If it werent for the Uber driver who made sure to do his job and check if the items were correct i would of never been aware of...

Read moreThe food was good but the service was disappointing. At first everyone was nice but then they started to have attitude. We order 2 bowls and an order of fries. When we ordered they warned us that the fries would take an extra 10 minutes and we said that would be fine. 10 minutes pass and we ask for an update and they say they are coming out now so we wait another 5 minutes and they take the fries out and put them on the counter but don’t do anything. Another 10 minutes and nothing. Mind you there are plenty of workers there and one especially working the front who decided to take a customer after seeing already our fries out waiting. We asked the manager about the fries and she made a bad face with a snarky remark. She says “I have to wash my hands, do you want me to make your fries with dirty hands?”. Sorry but that is an extremely inappropriate response from the literal manager of the store. If you don’t know how to deal with customers maybe don’t work where you have to interact. If you don’t know how to get your workers to actually do their job and work together, you shouldn’t be a manager. And that wasn’t the only remark she said she just had the stankest face and attitude our whole time being there and it was very...
