It gives me great pleasure to share a wonderful experience I had at Miami Mattress. I received the best customer service possible from Javier who went far beyond to assist me in finding an unusual sized mattress for a bed that had once been a water bed. I had already searched all the big box mattress stores in Miami-Dade with no luck. Frustrated, I decided to try Miami Mattress on US 1 in Pinecrest, expecting not to have any luck. Javier at Miami Mattress took the time to listen as I explained my mattress needs. I was so surprised when Javier told me that he would be able to have a mattress custom made to the size of my bed to meet my comfort needs. None of the other stores had even mentioned such a service. He took the time to patiently show and explain the features of the many mattresses that are available in his showroom. I made a choice and he proceeded to personally call the owner of Biscayne Bedding, an excellent local mattress manufacturer business located right here in Miami, to explain what I was looking for. The two gentleman put their heads together to create the perfect mattress for me. Unfortunately, due to my illness I was not able to take delivery of the mattress right away so Javier was kind enough to hold the mattress for me for several months. Now, what other store would do such a thing for a customer? Of course, the answer is that no store would do such a thing. We were shopping at another nearby mattress store and getting zero service as the process with the customer before was taking forever. We told the salesperson we would be back shortly after going to Dairy Queen in the same strip. On the way we found Miami Mattress where Javi promptly ascertained our needs, showed us several models, explained the differences clearly and guided us to a great value of quality + discounted price for the guest room bedroom we were seeking to upgrade. This the place to buy your mattress in Miami. The customer service is unbelievable. We needed a queen box spring today and no one else would try accommodate us with a delivery today or tomorrow. The Guys at Miami Mattress not only had it, could deliver it, but had to us in a few hours. Worked us right into their schedule. This how a independent rocks and you should buy from them.
