Mattress Firm Falls — Hotel in Palmetto Bay

We purchased the Snug 8" Plush Memory Foam Mattress. We have not used the mattress yet so this review is only about the service provided by this Mattress Firm store. I was looking for a twin 8" mattress or lower for my son’s top bunk. I walked into 3 different stores on a Saturday morning to get an idea of the options available. Rocio helped us find the perfect mattress for comfort and price. I was shopping with 2 boys; 2 and 7 and they were entertained with the 2 Lego tables at the store (this was excellent). I wasn’t in a rush to purchase and I wanted to do my research online as well before pulling the trigger. Rocio warned me that the sale may end, but I felt no pressure to make that purchase. She gave me her contact information, including cell, and assured me that we could finalize the purchase via phone, and we could pick up the mattress at multiple locations or at this same location; multiple convenient options. What an amazing experience. My husband and I went to Mattress Firm by The Falls. I was a bit apprehensive going with my husband and getting the whole “Sale of the year” speech. However I was approached by Orlando and he quickly allowed us to feel comfortable and encouraged us to feel free and lay on each mattress until we find the perfect one. Once my husband found the perfect mattress we wanted to check how it will feel on the adjustable bed. Orlando did not hesitated to move the mattress of our chosen to the adjustable bed. He went above and beyond. Afterwards he was approached by another customer and Orlando introduced us to Damir. Damir had a vast knowledge of all the mattress and allowed us to understand the science behind the mattress. I had such a great experience at the Mattress Firm in the Falls! I was pretty nervous about selecting a mattress because I have chronic pain due to multiple spinal cord injuries, but Juan listened to each and every one of my concerns, and made me feel so at ease. I ended up getting a Sealy with the adjustable base, and it has been such a game changer. l can finally get out of bed without struggling, I can also elevate the bed when I need to relieve some pressure off my back. For years Ive been wanting an adjustable base but I was skeptical... Juan and his coworker Dani explained that due to my medical condition an adjustable base is a necessity, and they were so right.
