Churromania The Falls Mall — Restaurant in Florida

I visited the falls Churro Mania on Saturday the 19th. I ordered 3 tequenos, 5 churros, and a dulce con leche. We waited for 15 min for our order. No big deal. It was pretty busy. We got our food minus the dulce con leche drink. I was trying to figure out why we still didn’t have our drink. Eventually after a long additional wait, i went up to see what was going on. They asked me what i ordered, and i told them. They stated that i never ordered the drink. The whole reason i went to churro mania was for that drink. We argued about whether or not i ordered it. The fact that no one spoke English was definitely a problem. Also, you have like bulletproof glass on the window that hindered communication. Either way, your employees were incredibly rude. After purchasing churros, I kindly asked the cashier that took my order if she could give me a cup of water for the kids and the girl next to the cashier told her that they didn’t have any cups to give out free water. I couldn’t hear her so I said “what was that?” And the girl would not speak to me directly not even look my way. It kind of surprised me since I’ve never been denied a cup of tap water. So, I ended up going to Starbucks and they kindly gave me a cup of water. However, my husband went back and asked for a cup of water 20 minutes later and they gave him one with an attitude. What?!?! Are they serious? I’m calling corporate and putting in a complaint against this...

Today was my first experience trying churros from churromania. One of my friends recommended the site to me and I had to go try their products. The store is very nice, they offer a super good service, the churros are made at the moment so they are always fresh and they have a great variety of toppings to choose from. My favorite is the Nutella BigMania and the Churromania Ice-Cream. I really want to go back to try the Churrodog and the churroBites that...
