Taco Bell — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

Horrible Taco Bell, literally the WORST I've ever been to. Everyone that works here is not only rude but treats the customer like they're an inconvenience simply for being there at the drive through (with no other cars behind). Sorry you have a job you get paid to do. They are never stocked properly, never have Bell Sauce, never have half their menu, dont serve breakfast (even though they give you free breakfast coupons?) and never have a good attitude. This location is truly deficient in both stock and customer service. Everytime I go here, its a waste of time because they NEVER have any menu item. Whats the point of being part of a chain if you're menu isnt the standard? Ridiculous. Theres this one lady who works there who right off the batt starts off annoyed or with attitude. The manager at this location is terrible. I didn’t get her name but she is Cuban for sure. I Order a crunch wrap supreme through app I didn’t notice they now have a veggie wrap I accidentally purchased the wrong one explain to her situation she didn’t want to help me get the correct item she had there’s nothing she can do she’s manager I had to go through app also I purchased through app thinking it was quick I still had to make big line in drive thru since restaurante is being remodel to notice my food is wrong :( so sad who this person is I charge can’t make costumer happy. This Taco Bell is very close to my job so I frequent it a ton. I have to say, everytime I’m at the drive through window, i get the upmost care and concern with my order. Very good attitudes their items are cooked to perfection, never find myself biting at a burnt/undercooked piece. They make sure they get my order correct and ask for any sauces at the window in case I forget to order them at the machine.
