Sports Grill Palmetto Golf Course — Restaurant in Florida

There are no words to describe how BAD this food was today. I was unable to report issues with my order from an hour ago because apparently UberEats requires me to take an instant photo of each item while i'm having lunch instead of allowing me to upload them later. So since I can't be refunded I can at least share my experience - 1) SUPER NACHOS or LOADED NACHOS should be called 'NOT LOADED Nachos' - Container of chips, tiny side of what appears to be CHEEZ WHIZ (yuck) in one of those type containers used for a side of salad dressing, tiny container of what looked like HORMEL Chili.. or some kinda canned chili (gross), extra tiny side of sour cream. Somehow we were supposed to spread those on a mountain of chips, NO PICO, NO SHREDDED LETTUCE.. really just sad. (refer to photo.. hopefully i can upload it) - 2) SMASH SLIDERS.. First time I ever spit out a first bite of a slider. Meat was old and stale.. like they just reheated them in the microwave from earlier in the week.. bun came right out of a package.. no treatment at all (refer to photo) - 3) THE '35' BURGER.. Small.. cooked at the correct temperature (Medium).. not a single grain of seasoning.. no lettuce, tomato. or mayo which I'm sure I requested.. aka boring AF burger. 4) MACARONI BITES.. Lazy Mac n Cheese recipe.. good concept.. poor execution.. and the ranch dressing was missing. So it was just 8 or 9 bucks of soggy Mac bites without a dipping sauce. 5) Chili Cheese Fries... they should be called CANNED CHILI CHEEZ WHIZ FRIES. Same story as the Nachos. Ugh. How in the WORLD was it THIS bad? I know you guys do better food than this.. maybe it's the location? I don't know.. Why cut so many corners on SIMPLE items when you could be knocking it outta the park for your customers? How hard can it be to make a GREAT homemade chili.. and cheese sauce..???? How difficult is it to use FRESH ingredients? With a name like 'Sports Grill'.. how is it possible to NOT have a good slider..? I'm so irritated because it just doesn't make sense. If you mess up a Beef Wellington or some fancy high priced item.. I can understand that.. but how do you send someone Nacho Chips and a couple of tablespoons worth of toppings then straight up rob the customer of 13 bucks? In fact my bill today incl. tip for the driver came to around 75 bucks. Just feels like you didn't care at all. Like.. take a look at the pics. It's like you were cooking for your worst enemy or something. That is why I wrote this rambling review. I'm giving a rating of 2 because at least the fries were ok after adding that store bought chili to it and heating it up in the microwave. I'm sorry guys.. you didn't represent the brand well today.. and you let the owners down. Hope it was...

HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE FOOD!

I WENT THIS SUNDAY FOR THE UM GAME I HAD THIS GIRL YOUNG GIRL ALL I CAN REMEMBER SHE WAS IN WHITE SHORTS. WE ORDERED MY DAUGHTER'S FOOD FIRST WITH AN APPETIZER 10 TO 15 MINUTES BEFORE WE EVEN ORDER OUR ENTREE. TELL ME HOW 25 MINUTES GOES BY BUT YET WE RECEIVE ENTREE BEFORE A FOOD. BUT YEAH WHAT BAFFLES ME IS THAT SHE'S TRYING TO HIDE THE FOOD UNDER THE WARMER I AM SEEING HER CLEARLY I CALLED HER OVER AND GO TO HER IS THAT MY FOOD UNDER THE WARMER OH YES SHE REPLIED I TOLD HER WHY IS MY MEAL OR WHATEVER FOOD THAT IS COMING OUT NOT AT MY TABLE SO I CAN HAVE SOME FRESH FOOD INSTEAD OF SOGGY FOOD SHE LOOKS AT ME LIKE IF IT'S DEERS WITH HEADLIGHTS. I ASKED HER WHEN SHE COMES BACK WHY IS MY ENTREE COMING OUT BEFORE MY DAUGHTER'S FOOD AND MY APPETIZER LIKE I WANTED MY WINGS WITH MY FRIED TATER TOTS. OH I DON'T KNOW MA'AM YOU CAN'T TELL A CUSTOMER OH I DON'T KNOW. MEANWHILE DURING THIS WHOLE 25 MINUTES THERE'S A COUPLE GOING INTO THE KITCHEN SAYING HI BYE TO THAT STAFF I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY WERE BUT UNDER THE FULL ORDER THERE SHOULDN'T BE NOBODY THAT IS NOT A WORKER OR DOESN'T HAVE THE PROPER UNIFORM OR EQUIPMENT TO GO BEHIND A CERTAIN LINE. YEAH EMPLOYERS ARE MORE FOCUSED ON THE GAME THAN THE QUALITY AND THE PROFESSIONALISM THIS SHOULD BE GIVING CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING NOT FOR CHEAP FOOD THE FOOD HERE IS NOT CHEAP. OK. Mind you, there was only three tables there which out of the three two were already eating which out of the three two tables had the same complaint over the food no manager, no help. No perfectionism. No nothing at the...

To be honest, I don't know why I waited so long to post this review. This was me and my wife's go to place, conveniently located by our house, nice view of a golf course while eating, but man, the last time two times I came here was really a let down. First, we came here and I ordered the fish and chips. This was the saltiest fish I've ever had in my life, I also asked for tartar sauce, apparently they were out of it and I was given a cup of mayonnaise instead, to me fish and chips is nothing without that sauce. My wife ordered the boneless wings and they were burnt. Next time we came, Staff had us waiting over an hour for our food, I ordered a double smash burger with tater tots, my food came after a very long time of waiting and it was a single smash burger with regular fries, so I had to wait for our tater tots. My wife ordered boneless buffalo wings, and this was the icing on the cake. Not only were we waiting for over an hour but she got served RAW chicken. And all the manager could offer us was 10% off?! Are you kidding me? We used to come to this place at least 2 times a week and we spend at least 60$ every time we visited, I'm very disappointed. I've been working at restaurants my whole life and I am currently a manager, and it's never happened to me but if my employees served raw chicken im sorry but my customers would be getting their whole meal for free. Never coming back....
