My family and I have been ordering from pizza hut since the early 80s, but we started ordering from this particular location since the 90's. Unfortunately, as of lately, there's a young lady by the name of "JOVANNA " who happens to be one of the managers, and let me tell you, she will bring any customer down with her very disgusting attitude. She answers the phone as though she doesn't even want to be there. This young lady seems to be very argumentative with customers when an error about an order is brought to her attention and she seems to find it difficult to accept responsibility WITHOUT making a snide remark. There was an issue with the wings that my mother ordered a few weeks back, and while my mom tried explaining to Miss "jovanna" how her wings are normally prepared by request from her order history, this young lady starts debating with my mother about how they don't do requests for how wings are cooked when we've been making the same requests for years before she even arrived there as manager. Jovanna went on to be even nastier by rudely asking my mother over the phone, "are you going to let me finish talking, or what??" She spoke to her as though she was going toe to toe with an enemy on the street. Yesterday, I had "the pleasure" of encountering the same behavior after I paid for a nearly $30 pizza that was missing items. Miss jovanna was so adamant & confident that her bad attitude that added insult to injury would be overlooked that she PUSHED for me to contact corporate. It was almost as tho she was challenging me, but little does she know that when I'm treated that badly as though you don't need that job, I am relentless when it comes to going thru multiple channels to speak to the right individuals where she will feel as tho she wished she pursued a college degree and never had to step foot in a pizza hut for a paycheck. A long time ago, this young lady would've found herself in the unemployment line after displaying that kind of behavior with a customer. I'm not sure where these corporations find these workers. It's almost as though they are pulled off the street from in front of a home depot & slap a manager's badge on them & told to get to work, and with no training whatsoever. Read moreWe usually order from this place because it’s nearby and have no problems but after tonight we just received terrible service and I rather order from another Pizza Hut further away. This afternoon we order online for delivery as usual and when we received our order one of the pizzas was wrong. We were patient because we understand it happens and people make mistakes. So we called them back and it took them about 10-15 minutes to answer the phone, understandable. It’s Friday night and we’re sure they were very busy. Jeff answered and said we would received the correct pizza in 30-45 minutes, fine. After someone called my brother back not sure if it was Jeff or someone else saying that we would need to return the pizza that was incorrect back in order to receive the correct order. “Make sure you don’t eat the pizza because we’ll need it back” I’m not sure if that’s Pizza Hut’s policy or not but either way it’s terrible customer service and rude it had me fuming. When they came back to deliver the order I was going to ask why they needed the pizza back but they sent someone that couldn’t communicate with us so he left without it and seemed confused. So I still have no idea why they asked for the pizza back? Asking for the pizza back is just awful customer service and we really could’ve requested something free in return but didn’t. All the employees are too busy in their own conversations or being obnoxiously loud with each other (especially the Cuban guys) to sufficiently pay attention to orders and have them done correct. two people came in the span I was there to complain their orders are wrong - you can see why!! No one pays attention or does their jobs correctly. I see them very entertained in either their own convos or on their phone to even answer the business phone! RIDICULOUS !!
