My family and I recently visited Bojangles, and we were blown away by the incredible customer service we received from an employee named Red. From the moment we walked through the door, Red's warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and valued as customers.

Against my better judgement as noted in my review 3 weeks, i decided to give it another chance. This experience didn't’ disappoint. Ordered my norm, strips meal with coleslaw and sweet tea. I knew things were NOT going to be good by the greeting of the person accepting my order.. tone and first impression is everything! Received my order, NO napkins, had to ask. Sweet tea handled to me with her hand over the top of my cup. Reluctantly, i accepted my order and came home to eat prior to my next meeting. As suspected, strips were over cooked and crunched like chips! Biscuit wasn’t fitting for a dog! Took a drive back to the store and the staff looked like deers in headlights! Clearly, they are lacking basic customer services skills. If they had said, I am so sorry this happened to you. If you give us a moment, we will provide you with another order or can issue a refund which would you prefer? Rather, i was told we can’t take the order back but can give a refund. We just got here. Let me get the manager. The manager comes to the window, great attitude and says did they give you garbage. I opened the box and asked would you eat this? She responded did you get the biscuit that way? I replied yes and the strips are old and over cooked. She immediately replaced my order and comp’d me a desert. I came home and didn’t eat any of it. Although we do not have many options to eat; NOTHING HEALTHY, i truly hope bojangles DO BETTER or close the doors!!!!! Today, I place the order and had to repeat my request for 2 separate orders of BoBerry Biscuits a total of 3 times. I order a chicken meal also. I went to the window and a girl handed me the meal but no BoBerry Biscuits and no drinks that I ordered. We reminded her of the drinks and I asked if we could get some Honey Mustard Sauce and she asked that I pull up to wait for the BoBerry Biscuits. I asked her if she would like to be paid for the order and she looked and sure enough no payment had been asked for. Then she told me that I would need to pay .37 for each sauce.....I asked her to add it to the bill and handed her my card. I pulled up and waited......when she came out with only 1 order of BoBerry Biscuits and NO sauce that I had paid for, I asked her where the 2nd one was and she asked for the receipt.....which I was charged for only 1 BoBerry. I looked at her and asked "where is my sauce that I paid for"? I got the look!!! I told her that I had plainly told them that I wanted 2 separate orders of the Biscuits and that they needed to start paying attention to the customer instead of playing around!! I told her to forget the sauce that I paid for that from now on I will go to the Hwy 74 location because EVERY TIME that I have gone there lately there's been a problem!!!! I'm done...........with the location!!! The young man there working at the drink machine at the time appeared to be the only one working and not cutting up!!
