Waffle House — Restaurant in Palmetto

I come here a lot with my one year old daughter in the mornings. My dad orders to go food from here ALL the time because it’s convenient. Whenever I come in our service is always extremely slow. My order has been screwed up on many different occasions. I was charged for something and then the employee acted like he was confused when he was the one that did it. I came in to eat and my waitress called for all my food to go and then they had to remake it. I’ve had to wait for 5+ minutes on drinks...my food was given to me with hair in it and the manager told the waitress to give me a percentage off and she wouldn’t. The next time I came in I guess she remembered me because I left her a trash tip because she was a trash waitress and told the other waitress I didn’t tip well....so my daughter and I had to wait for a long time to get serviced. I’m a sever, I know how to tip. But if you suck, I’m not giving you my $$. Period. Needless to say. I won’t be going here anymore. The food is good tho. If you want it, order it to go because the wait staff...

This is been the most terrible trip I’ve ever had to waffle House. I have visited all four waffle houses on the southside of Atlanta in Newnan the ones in Palmetto and Union City to be told every Thursday Friday Saturday night that they are closed. I do not have any issues Sunday through Wednesday to come and get food at 4 o’clock in the morning they have a Cook in a server inside the restaurants doors are locked shades are down this is not waffle house this is not what waffle house was in there’s never been this way this is unacceptable. I have waited three weeks for a phone call back from a unit manager a district manager or division manager and still have not received a phone call. I would know right now that Joe would be rolling in his grave by the way his company...

Once arrival 3 tables were full of dirty dishes. The young server was talking to a coworker who was waiting on the time to clock in, instead of cleaning the tables. He didn’t even said hello, and was having an attitude with us. He was showing a frustrated face and rolling his eyes every time more people come in. Coffee was not even warm, when I asked for a refill he spilled it on my table and even said sorry and I had to clean it myself because he didn’t even try to clean it. Only him and the cook were serving the whole restaurant. Bad service! I will not come back. To make him regret the service he provided, I didn’t leave...
