Burger King — Restaurant in Palmetto

I know it's a very new location but all the same terrible experience. Even before an hour from closing the front doors were locked and the only option is the drive-thru. They have two lanes for ordering but both kiosks are connected so only one customer is served at a time, I could see the other person's order while hearing them order and it showed up on my lane. Each car had to wait about five minutes before they were able to put their order in and so you have to wait at a snail's pace and the employees clearly didn't want to be there. They sounded bored with life and responded to everything with "mhm'kay". I really wouldn't care about the majority of this if it didn't take so long for each car to move up but considering that everything else was just the icing on the cake. If the McDonald's across the street hasn't just closed down I would pass on coming back here again, wouldn't even give it a second thought which is really sad because I was actually excited about this location opening up here since I haven't been to Burger King in a long time but this experience is terrible.

Edit: even after getting my order in it is taking a minimum of 5 minutes for each car to actually receive their order so not only is it taking forever for this location to take your order it takes forever to receive your order after you finally get your...

The food was fine . This is about the service. I pull into the drive through and there are no cats in front or behind me. I order 2 small burgers and a frozen drink . No total was told to me until I reached the first window . The young man with short locs tells me my total . I did ask him to add a small sweet tea. He doesn’t say anything but starts mumbling into the headset. He tells me my new total then says that he will add it this time but not in the future bc they don’t do add on at the window bc it causes them to have to undo sandwiches and make them over.He then goes to point to a HAND WRITTEN sign on the window that reads no add ons , no exceptions. No shade but it was in chicken scratch.. they would have at least typed and printed it out. I tell him oh Yal don’t like extra money ? lol all that because I asked to add on a small sweet tea…. Not a combo meal or sandwich.. but a small sweet tea…..every dollar counts.. especially when Yal gonna want bonus...

I have been occasionally going to this store since opening because i live close. I usually do pretty well considering everyone is young and not real experienced. Every now and then they occupy the first register near the food call box and tell the people to come to the first window. Today which is the second time they said nothing, nothing was posted, and no one was at the register. No one told me to come to the first register so i waited until the line cleared and went to the second one. The lady at the first register came to the second window and took my credit card and meal coupon. I did get a reciept and I did not get my complete order and there was pickles when told NONE. Also I was missing a expensive chicken sandwich. Plus the food was cold and this is starting to get ridicilous. I should have came back and demanded a full refund but did not because i wanted the proper food and...
