McDonald's — Restaurant in Palmyra

Had horrible experience at this location. Ordered curbside during lunch hour. First meal that was sent to me was incorrect and when I kindly tried to tell the girl who gave it to me that it was the wrong order, she doubled downed and said that it was correct. I asked her if I could show her the order details on my phone and she sighed. She ask if my name was Benjamin (I am a brown female) and before I could say no, the real Benjamin comes out of his car and tells her that it is his order. She walks away without apologizing. I sit in my curbside parking spot for another 20 minutes, during which two other cars come and get there food at the curbside and leave. I am thinking they have forgotten about me so I go through the drive thru, and at the speaker I am told that it is my fault for not staying at the curbside spot and that an employee came out to give me my food but I wasn’t there. I tell them I am sorry, but I waited for 20 minutes, during which I got the wrong order. The lady at the speaker tells me to pull up to the front window, where another employee finally hands me my food, but makes sure to yell at me for not being in the curbside spot. I say for the second time what has happened and she states she has no idea what I am talking about. When I go to say thank your for my food, she slams the window close. I will never going to this location during lunch because they obviously can’t handle the lunch rush and take it out on the customers. It took me 40 minutes to get my mobile order. And of course...

I hadn't been to a McDonald's in a little while because I was having so many bad experiences lately. This particular McDonald's was located in the same parking lot as the store I was shopping at and I hadn't eaten anything all day so I needed something now. This was the best experience I think I've ever had at a McDonald's. First, the cashier was a young lady that knew the register and was quick. She also had a very pleasant attitude. I ordered a fish filet meal without lettuce and tartar sauce. She rang it up properly and it came out properly. The sandwich was so good and surprisingly fresh. The roll tasted like it just came out of the oven. The sweet tea was so good too. Perfect actually. And the fries. Oh the fries. They were hot!!! I haven't had HOT McDonald's fries in so long even when asking for them. They were made in good oil and were not over done like fries I had in the past. After finishing my meal I went back to the same cashier to order a McFlurry. Now I like mine a particular way and I know it is a pain to make but the end result is amazing. I have to pay extra for it which is fine because it is totally worth it. Well, they made it right the first time!!! I couldn't believe it!! I told a manager how exceptional everything was too. It's not often you get a meal this good at a McDonald's, well, for anywhere actually. I will definitely drive a little out of my way to visit this McDonald's in the future. Hopefully they maintain the same quality. Thank you for the excellent food...

This was one of the absolute longest trips to McDonald's I've ever experienced because they've switched to drive-thru only or were only operating the drive-thru when we were there. Whatever the case may be there was not an option to go inside & order. Any other time I most certianly would have just left but I was in the process of returning my daughter to her residential school &she wanted some nuggets before returning to campus. I was trying to satisfy her request so we went to Mc'Donald's. I saw a pretty long line & stated we probably needed to go somewhere else. She said I'll just go inside & order. I pulled into a space to let her out. She returned promptly stating that she didn't think she could go in because there was something in the doorway &a sign stating the restrooms were closed. She got in & we got in line. Our entire experience took over an hour to get a large fry, 2 drinks, 20 nuggets, and 3 mcdoubles. They were also having problems with their server or something like that & were not able to honor the cupons from the app. They weren't able to honor any cupons paper or otherwise. That was displeasing since I was intending to use one on my order. The only thing I can say about this experience is that at least the food was mostly fresh and didn't taste as though it had been sitting for long before we got it. If the food had been cold after that long of a wait I would have been extremely mad! Thankfully tonight it was...
