First time at this location and it’ll be my last. Tried to order two shakes and a dipped cone at the drive thru, the woman working said “well it’s gonna take 15 minutes.” I asked which part of the order was causing the delay (because I wouldn’t be opposed to changing my order in order to speed things up). The cashier replied I. A super rude tone “no, the whole part is going to take 15 minutes, there’s a line of cars behind you and it’s just me working in here!” - I don’t know how the cars Behind me factored in or how I was supposed to know that she was working alone since this was all happening at the drive thru intercom. And then before I could reply, the woman said “so you gonna wait or not?”. ...

I ordered a cake online. I accidentally put the wrong time, so I called to adjust my pickup time. The employee told me she would call the manager and take care of it for me. When I went to pick it up, my cake was not ready. She said that it was my fault for choosing a different time. Well that's why I called and supposedly I was taken care of.
