I ordered using the app, 0 issues there. I try to pick up my order in the drive thru and was told to go to the curbside pickup. Unfortunately since there is only 1 spot and it was taken, I opted for walk-in. So I walk in, wait in line and try to pick up my order with my wallet in my pocket. Unfortunately, here's where everything went bad. Employee Miranda told me she needed to see "the thing". In my experience anywhere, ID/License are valid forms for picking up food. Miranda said that "Here we need to see the thing" So I assumed that Miranda meant the phone. So I walked back to my car and waited in line again with my phone in hand. I witnessed another customer having the same issue (phone in car but had ID) and was given the same instruction. Finally it was my turn back with Miranda, and I hand her my phone as I told her "not sure what you need to see but here is my phone with the app and order open." Miranda took the phone scrolled the entire page and didn't actually find ANY information for my order. Another coworker was kind enough to clear the confusion for her. Ive had to call this place at least 3 or 4 different times because each of those times they messed up my food but today was my final straw. The gentleman at the speaker asked what id like to order i said a buffalo chicken sandwich and he proceeded to ask if id like the combo and i said yes then he asked what id like to drink and i told him and he said ok and to pull up to the window i pay for my food and he only hands me a sandwich then i ask wheres the fries and drink and he says i only asked for a sandwich and declined the meal when i only went there for the combo then i had to pay more then what it wouldve been for the fries and drink seperate and it doesnt end there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood is fresh but very sloppy presentation, they had a good idea opening this here but seems like they are all over the place all there staff seem very inexperienced firstjob employees feels like they just got thrown in there. I think if they focus more on inside and waited a few months to open the drive thru they would do much better feels like everyone is all over the place I just didnāt like how messy my sandwich was and it wasnāt even cut properly but I understand new people not training right. I think management should focus more on quality and the food tasting good first then moving on to speed. I think if the management focus more on the kitchen internal and have someone else push out orders they would be doing much better.
