Dunkin' — Restaurant in Palos Township

If you are in the parking lot of this Dunkin...RUN!!!! Dunkin employees will pepper spray children in cars for attempting to place orders through the drive thru. I never come to this location, probably my second time there. My child asked for some donuts. We pull up at the drive thru, wait in line and we reach the window and it’s time to place our order, we hear this crazy girl screaming “Move get out of the way!!”, After telling her you can wait a minute, she continues to scream, “ I work here, we will never serve you again, you XXXXX!!” Mind you children are in the car, the whole ordering process did not take more than 2 minutes. After picking up the order as we are pulling up, we find her waiting in front of our car blocking our way to drive forward like a psychopath. As she is verbally harassing us, I open the window to attempt to tell her there are children in my car, she then pepper sprays my child that is sitting in the passenger seat and flees the scene.

After calling to speak with a manager to report the assault, they did not attempt to apologize, remedy or resolve the matter, or even speak to the Dunkin employee Assaulter to address the criminal behavior demonstrated at their location. I was told that the manager was not there and they clearly did not care about my child that was crying because her eyes were burning. Not only inhumane but unprofessional, and complete NUT JOBS!!

I hope that the Dunkin employee Assaulter receives the help she neeeds and refrains from attacking, assaulting innocent children in cars that may occasionally ask their parents...

Me and my friend walked in expecting to spend maybe 10-12 dollars walked out spending almost 20. Why- because the lady who was checking us out got our order wrong. she doubled up on one of our drinks i politely asked how it was 18 dollars and she looked up and pushed the receipt up on the counter with much attitude. she acted like she had much better to do and didn’t want to deal with us. turns out she doubled up our drinks which i only asked for one. They gave us our THREE drinks and we said to another women that we only wanted 2 drinks she looked over at the person who checked us out and she read off our order and we said we don’t feel like fighting with this right now. We said it’s okay and the lady next to us waiting for her drink even said it’s not okay. overall very disappointed with their ability to not own up...

I had high hopes for this Dunkin, previously have worked at a very very clean and well managed Dunkin so my standards were high but being clean is the BARE MINIMUM. I walked in and the kitchen/ coffee area smelled like sweat and mold!! I am not exaggerating. I then was informed that they do not change the tea, iced coffees, or cold brew bags or even dispose of it at the end of the night, which is extremely disgusting and dangerous especially since those bags are only good for max 24 hours. I understand being frugal but this is extremely hazardous and unfair to the customers. The reason why most of the complaints are that their bagels and croissants are hard as rocks is because they do not dispose of them regularly they use the same ones that have sitting in a bin. I cannot see past any of these things beware of...
