The bread was hard and my other sandwich was missing. I called the store and the employee that answered was very rude, after I explained to him 1 of my sandwiches was missing. I ordered on door dash, but apparently they use their own drivers through doordash is what I was told when calling. I ordered @12:35 and just received my order @2:10pm when I checked on my porch after it said my order was complete. They didn't message me, knock, or even ring the door bell so how do you know when they drop off your food. I was just told they don't message. My bag was ripped open with my chips out of the bag and only 1 sandwich not the 2 sandwiches I ordered. The employee I spoke with asked did I still want the other sandwich of course I paid for it unless I get a refund. The bad part of it all I paid an $8.00 tip over the suggested amount and this is the type of service I received. Very disappointed will never order...

It's visible but to be honest during rush hr it can be hard to get in and out of anywayz who is pretty same as other Jimmy John's but the customer service here is unique all the staff members are pretty stubborn all the time they refuse to put your sandwich in a bag and most of the time just throw the sandwich on your face I know I'm exaggerating a little bit but that's how I feel to be honest there should be some courtesy and I mean whenever I buy from them the employees are always talking to each other in loud voices instead of paying attention towards the paying customers mainly becuase they have a high turn over and they hire young kids all the time anyways they should improve thier...
Read moreThe Jimmy John's on Harlem in Palos Heights is absolutely amazing! I thought they messed up my order so I called and spoke with the manager. Not only he didn't question me but he took care of the problem.
However, when I went home I found out that I was actually the only who messed up!!! I was the one who made the mistake. So I called the manager back and apologized and he was absolutely gracious about it. He laughed and understood how I could have messed up. I can't believe I did that but not only the order was made perfectly to EXACTLY what I requested, but they were so nice to me when I made the mistake. I was really grateful for how nice they were. If I can give them 100 stars, I would.
