We visited the restaurant last week and it's actually been our favorite restaurant since it was called Hadramout because the food here is so delicious. This is our first visit after the new management took over and after it became known as Tanour. In fact, the quality of the food and the flavors are still the same and it is still my favorite restaurant. Everything was very delicious, but I noticed things were not there before, such as the level of cleanliness. We entered and the family tables were dirty and the plates of the people who ate before us were still there and had not been cleaned. The floor seating was full of rice and there were a lot of napkins on the floor. This made me wonder if this cleanliness is outside what is the level of cleanliness inside the kitchen? Also, the girl who serves the food, her service was bad. First of all she doesn’t smile she was angry and she came once and when we wanted to order extra dish we waited her to return and she didn’t come back and we had to go and ask her to add the dish to the table. We asked for water but she did not bring it and she put it on the bill. We discovered this after we left the restaurant. In addition, the air conditioner was broken and the temperature in the restaurant was unbearable. In addition, the atmosphere in the restaurant was not familial at all. They asked us to sit at the family tables and the rest of the tables were full of men, they were talking and laughing in loud voices as if it was a cafe for men not a family restaurant. The atmosphere was not comfortable for a family, the restaurant has become like a men café not a restaurant. This atmosphere did not exist under the old management, and this makes it uncomfortable for women to visit the restaurant. I hope you take these points into consideration, and the most important point is cleanliness. As for the food, it was perfect. Everything was delicious and very good. I will give you 5 stars only for the food because I want to support this restaurant because I really like...

Everything was cooked to perfection. **Suggestions to business: 1. water should be complimentary with option to purchase bottled water. 2. When reprinting menus please add a DINNER menu and include pictures of your dishes or at least a description of what the dish includes. We look forward to...
Read moreFirst time trying TANOUR today, and wow, what an amazing experience! A friend invited me, and I’m so glad they did. The Fahsa and Zourbiyan were absolutely delicious—so full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The bread was fresh, soft, and super tasty, which made the meal even better. The staff was friendly, and the vibe of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. Definitely coming back soon!...
