Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Pampa

I love this place, because it has such a charm to it. The yard looks weird, and the parking lot is kind of tight, but it's a cozy place. It has handicap parking, but the door doesn't automatically open. The servers will open the door if they can catch you in time. The menu has been updated a few times since I first came here, so keep an eye out for the deals and change in sandwich placement. I always try to get the specialty Burger, because you don't know when they'll disappear forever. The grocery section has a variety of products that are high quality in my opinion. I love buying the Braum's Ice cream mugs, because they are such a novelty. The design changes from time to time. They also tend to have specials, so don't be afraid to ask one of the workers. My wife and I like going to Braums to get milk, and ice cream. However, we dread going bc Ashleigh that works the front counter is very rude, no people skills at all, along with no communication to the customers; other than asking if we want a receipt. We just left there and there were 3 girls in front of us, while we waited, Ashleigh saw that all 5 of us were standing at the register, and made us wait til she was done with the cart she was working on. There was no apology for having any of us wait! I just don’t understand how someone with absolutely no customer service skills can work directly...

Stop to get shakes when I pass by almost everytime they r always correct and fast service. Last week when I stopped it was 15 min before closing time the lights on the sign still lit up went to drive thru with no answer where u order drove up to the window and there were a couple that were being served food that were not in a braums uniforms. Still no one even acknowledged that we were there upon walking to the door I discovered that the employee's had closed the store early but had not shut the sign lights off or even tryed to display they...
