McDonald's — Restaurant in Pampa

I went there tonight and got the NEW spicy chicken sandwich and a icecream cone and a fries a chicken sandwich with no mustard or pickles and add lettus and a large Dr pepper... I don't have my receipts.. Me and my new bf went on a first date there seeing how our meal was like $13 dollas I expected to get what I paid for the lady that gave us our icecream at our table was very rude stood there and held out the icecream half mealted I said thank you no response... Then my bf had to walk all the way back to our table to prove to the soda ladyy we had a drink with our receipt... To top things off we got cold fires and my spicy chicken sandwich was a plain and dry chicken sandwich with no sauce just meat and bread cold ... We were was so shocked and embarrassed that we were getting treated like this we just threw it away and walked out. It was horrible. I ordered at the kiosk around 8-45/9 pm......

The food for the most part is usually fresh when we go, and the line moves fast compared to other places in town. My complaint is the iced coffee, no consistency. Some days great, most days awful. Seems that the cold brew is watered down, so when they add the creamer and syrup it dilutes it even more. They need to brew the iced coffee stronger, because when they add the ice and it melts, you now have diluted cold brew. (Sometimes when it's not watered down, it's perfect) They need to be more consistent. Especially when we are in a hurry to get to work in the morning and get stuck with watered down iced coffee. Makes for a long work day without my coffee.

Also edit to add: as i'm scrolling through other reviews I noticed the owner has not responded to a single review, that tells me, maybe the reviews are not important to them as long as they are...

Visited this McDonald's on the evening of 8/14/2018. Was not busy at the time. Ordered and then proceeded to wait for minutes while the driver of the car at the payment window and the McDonald's employee had a long conversation laughing and exchanging various stories. There was no one in front of the car at the payment window and payment had already been made. I pulled around the car, exited McDonald's property on Hobart Street and headed for Braums. While on Hobart I glanced back at the payment window and sure enough, the conversation was still...
