Edit: It pains me to have to come back just 1 yr later and drop those 5 wonderful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ down to a single ⭐. There are times when businesses need to be humbled and this is one of them. I dropped in today after ordering from the app. Simple order: salad, fries, and a drink. I pulled up, gave them the order number, and was told to pull forward. I pulled up to the second window and was hit with a barrage of questions concerning my order. It was apparent my order was lost. It's times like this when businesses should, and want to shine, but not today. The employees were agitated and I get that, but it's not my fault the app had failed. I did get my order roughly 30 mins. later. I left without checking my order and went to work. I arrived at work, opened the bag, and had no fries. 😡 The biggest complaint I have here is what I found in my cup. 🤬 There was a plastic glove in my drink. Problem was it looked like ice so I didn't notice it until I had drank half my drink. How does that even happen? This is unacceptable! I did nothing but spend money at Wendy's. I like the food and I like the employees, but if this is the thanks I get for a problem I did not create, I will spend my money elsewhere. Wendy's do better. Don't get aggravated with customers for using an app you created. Don't get aggravated when YOUR app fails to operate properly. Lastly, never be complaisant when in a hurry and aggravated. Read moreI've had a few disappointing visits to Wendy's in Pampa Tx. I went and sat in the drive thru for quiet a while at lunch. Quiet a few people behind me drove off because of how slow they were moving. I almost left but decided that maybe. The line would move at some point. No apologies at the window for the long wait. Nobody seemed happy at the windows. I should have checked my order. It was wrong,but I was already home and didn't feel like waiting again. I should have gone to Braums,their customer service is always good. Their drive thru moves fast and they usually get my food right. Wish we had more places to choose from to eat. Only a giving this location a 4* because they forgot put my medium fries in my order. But once I called & came back for fries . They did fix the issue very quickly . They were very sorry about there mistake. I appreciate the way they took care of me.
When came pick up order that place through app. The worker said it was ok for me just to take it if it was order. That not a good way to handle the order. What if anyone decided to claimed the order. Need a way better check system for pick up people,
