Nice new and clean, while we were in panama city we decided to try some rolled ice cream. When we placed our order we were told they were out of vanilla for a vanilla shake but they did have the vanilla to make the rolled icecream, so we ordered a chocolate shake, strawberry rolled icecream and a vanilla rolled icecream. In about 10 minutes I received my chocolate shake which was pretty good, about 30 minutes later my daughter received her strawberry rolled icecream which she really enjoyed as well as being able to watch them make it. At that time I was told they were out of vanilla and asked to pick another flavor, I had enough at that point and just asked for a refund on it which wasn't an issue. I do understand that the rolled icecream does take way longer than just scooping icecream out of a tub and part of the whole thing is to watch it being made so waiting wasn't the real issue as having to wait so long and then being told they were out...

This place was horrific. The prices are insane for average ice cream, shakes, and smoothies. We got two scoops, a cotton candy burrito, and a Gatorade. It cost us 54 dollars. We said moose tracks, and they handed us chocolate chip mint. We asked for what we ordered instead and they said no refunds. So we threw it away in front of them. Then when we got to our table the worker came out from around the counter and accused me of stealing the Gatorade in front of everyone and I showed her the receipt and she went back to acting like she didn’t know English.

The bathrooms also had a twin mattress in them? I thought of calling the police but it wasn’t worth my time.

This is the best ice cream that I have ever had! I don’t love ice cream and am very picky. This place is my new favorite. We had rolled ice cream at another store on Thomas Drive, and it was no where near as great as the ice cream at Frozen Dune. Our service here was extremely fast compared to the other store as well. After reviewing both establishments and not offering 5 stars and a raving review for Mr. Puff’s Rolled Ice Cream, the operator criticized me for naming Frozen Dune as having the best rolled ice cream despite the fact that Frozen Dune is a few dollars more. Because of Mr. Puff’s unprofessionalism in deeming me as impolite, I felt that I would add the additional information to this review to assure others to steer clear of Mr. Puff’s. FROZEN DUNE...
