Yesterday, I decided to visit my local Subway one block away. And was greater with a unstable employee she is Jamaican.She stated "Your not better than after I asked how many pieces of meat was on the sandwich. I ignored her and went to explain all the veggies on the sandwich I desired. She then loaded said again 'Your, no better than me!" I was shocked and said"what?". Uhmm I'm just hungry and just got off work can you just make my sandwich I'm hungry? She said "HeLL no! you come with your high and mitty attitude. I laughed and back away from the counter because she was now waving her hands like she wanted to hit me. Mind you I'm over 50 Cancer patient in recovery but still have my days of pain. I call the PCPD after she then refused to service me and lock me in the store. But unlock the door when she her the Operator. I figured she was acting out because of the married man she was seating with when I walked in. And her concerns was to impress him for her short coming by leaving her home to work at Subway. IDK but she lucky I have common sense about life these days. I don't like to say this but someone needs to put her in training about CSR in the company then fire her. I'm pissed but happy to know...
Read moreI gave it a one star only because I couldnt give you a zero. Customer service here is way below sub par. I ordered the $7 chicken, bacon, ranch meal deal. The first woman made it a foot long. Didnt say anything was just gonna go ahead and get the footlong. Then she threw it right in the toaster and didnt even ask if I wanted it toasted, which I did not. Next lady gets it and asks what I wanted on it. Being as ranch is in the name of it you can assume that ranch would def be something one would ask for. And they were out of it. My responce is very simple and clear, if you are out of ranch then you should tell people that before they get to the end of the process. The older colored lady, sorry but thats the best way to describe her as I don't know her name, said "well you don't have to get the damn thing". Well excuse the hell out of me, I won't. I nor anyone I know will NEVER eat here again and I will do everything in my power to ensure that anyone I know or meey in this area doesnt either. And this will not be the only site that I write this review for you on. You need to give your employees better customer service training or simple hire someone better suited...

The guy that started taking my order had the worst customer service attitude, giving a negative demeanor like he hated working there, when I was giving my first sub order, which started out bad. Requested footlong white, which he completely cut the sub in half, not a hotdog style cut like their supposed to be cut. I asked for a new sub, because he cut it wrong and he tossed it back with the other subs and grabbed a new bread. The other worker, instead of helping him out teaching him how to cut bread, proceeded to start the next customer behind us when we had 5 subs, after we already waited 15 min+, saying she's been waiting and we have a big order. If we weren't a priority, we weren't going too stay, so we started leaving saying no!! Which then, the guy started disrespecting me because we were leaving.
