I went in here knowing nothing about them but pretty much bc I thought their commercials after the hurricane were heartfelt and kind so I wanted to give them business. The salesman I dealt with (the receipt said Keith) I hate being ugly but he left me feeling "not good". I went in to get jewelry repair & he almost seemed annoyed that that's all I wanted. He wouldn't talk to me the entire time and had this unpleasant look on his face. When I told him I thought the price he was charging was a little high he told me he was actually giving me a deal. He just made me uncomfortable. I almost went back in after I left to get my ring because I didn't like how he treated me. BUT when I went to pick up a different man helped me. He jumped up, immediately offered to help me and was extremely pleasant and kind. He actually talked to me. I was thinking, "Wow, I wish my first experience with this jewelry was him!" I was so impressed with him, I asked what his name was for the next time I came in. He said, "David Scott." I felt so silly! But truly a delightful person and I'd definitely go back because he treated me so professionally and kind. Also, recently I've seen on Facebook where David Scott buys dinner for people at restaurants & gives out money to cheer people up because of the hurricane. Lived up to his commercials! David Scott and team, you are forever in my heart! I had my engagement ring soldered at the major big box jeweler my ring was purchased from and the job was very poorly done. We had the ring worked on a total of three times before we were force to purchase a new ring. My new ring now needed to be sized but I was very afraid to have anyone touch my ring again. I decided to go to David Scott and they did an absolutely amazing job!! I seriously could not be happier! I was told by the other jeweler that because my ring is two pieces and they were from two different manufacturers that my rings would never look like they do before the sizing. They were wrong and I am so glad I went to David Scott. At first look David Scott explained that the accent band would first need to be sized and the main ring would sized to the accent band. He explained in great detail the process my ring would undergo and wanted to make sure that I would get the look I wanted from my ring. I picked up my ring today and was so overjoyed I had to give David Scott a hug. He and his team took a very uneasy and traumatized bride and made all my worries disappear. My husband and I were gifted a wedding ring set, that was lovely - but dated in it's design. I had been told by another jeweler that it couldnt be sized from it's very small size 5 to a 9, that I needed. Was also told by same jewelers that they were unable to redesign, or otherwise "remake" the ring. David Scott was my last hope and we took it in, looking to at least get it sized. Kristen was immediately able to tell us it could be sized. But moreover, suggested a redesign. And that's what we were really interested in. Kristen was so incredibly helpful, and made the whole experience so effortless and fun. She kept me posted through every stage of the process.
