WARNING, look at your RECEIPT before you drive off. I ordered 4 glazed donuts at the drive thru, was told it was 5 dollars and some change, no one in front of me, and no one behind me. Got my 4 donuts, drove off, and when i got home, my phone informed me my account was a zero balance. I had 29.69 in my account, Krispy Kreme charged me 30.01!!!! FOR 4 DONUTS??????? I called them soon as I noticed, they charged me for 2 dozen assorted donuts and a peppermint mocha, that I did not order!!!!! The manager told me it would be put back on my account. Okay, so I called the bank to try and stop an over draft fee, they said the fee would be 36.00 dollars, so I called the Corporate office to see if this could be fixed, so I dont have the overdraft fee, they told me they would call me back and fix this, okay fine...... Shortly after I spoke with corporate, the store manager called me and was a bit bothered I called corporate, she said she thought we handled it, that my money would be put back...... I let her know of the over draft and needed that to be handled for i was not and i am not paying a draft fee, for their "mistake", and I need my money back. She blamed my bank, said they should be ashamed of themselves for charging me an over draft fee. NO Ms Manager, Krispy Kreme should be ashamed of themselves for chraging me for someone else's order, and Krispy Kreme;s employees should pay attention to what they are doing, cause me and my bank are good. I know what I had to spend, and it was in my bank. My money has still not been returned, and 3 corporate calls later, I am still waiting for an answer and my damn money. Still got those 4 cold donuts,I refuse to eat them. Never had a problem with Krispy Kreme in any other city or state, but Panama City FLorida , they need a visit from JAB Holding for they got Pret Panera's business going...
Read moreThe quality of the product is not in dispute! but I will talk about an employee named Jaquan he attended me and was very rude at first I asked him how he is and he answered that he was fine without asking back how he was (either to me or to another client for education or customer service you have to ask , he didn't even welcome me) then I started to order and apparently I have pronunciation or diction problems that he didn't understand me and he only told me that he will go to the window because he didn't understand my English .. when he got to the window he I clarified on several occasions that I wanted a dozen original glazed donuts (I found it more humiliating to have to repeat it more than 3 times, even making references with numbers of what I wanted "that's obsurd") when I paid and he handed me my order, I told him : Next time don't tell a customer that you don't understand his English and he rudely replied : I'm having a hard time understanding your English and to move from the window.. (it was very embarrassing.. I felt sorry for others because what I wanted to tell him with my advice was that: avoiding those comments would prevent people from feeling like victims of racism because of the language they speak... that for the next time, with politeness, you can correct the client without making him feel less due to problems in how he speaks a certain language... and finally at the checkout the donuts were placed in a bad way... a lot of lack of...
Read moreI arrived this morning at Krispy Kreme at a quarter till 6. They open at 6 now I waited in the Drive-Thru patiently cuz I know how it is trying to get things done getting ready for opening up. It was 10 minutes till 6 and the speaker on the drive-through came on and the guy asked me what I wished to order. I told the guy that I can wait for a little bit longer that I did not want to bug them that it was not opening time and I understood that and I did not mind waiting. 6 in the morning the guy politely and professionally continue to ask me what I wanted to order. I did place my order drove up to the window and was met by gentleman who again was polite professional and right on top of things. Now as far as the quality of donuts, well that goes without saying I got the original Krispy Kreme two dozen of them to be exact. And as everyone probably already knows they were awesome! Even at 6 in the morning to be met by someone that is polite, professional and glad to be there doing their job even at such an early hour dealing with public is very unheard of these days.
