I wish I could leave zero stars... met a group here for a going away party, this is the first time and LAST time we ever come here. The server totally ignored me when I was trying to ask for chips, salsa, and napkins, so someone in our party grabbed him and told him that I needed something. He looked dead at me, turned around, and walked away and stood in the corner. I walked up to him and was asking for more chips, salsa, and napkins... he cut me off and said we are getting it. I said ok but we still need napkins. When he came up to see if we weire ready to order we said that we were still waiting on people and he walks away but we were still trying to say we wanted cheese dip while we wait. Someone had to ask for salsa four times. The server came around and grabbed my friends empty glass and didnt ask if she wanted another drink and thats all she had. He skipped over her and her husband when ordering so they only had a drink but they wanted food and another drink... no luck! I got my drinks at the bar and the second time I noticed that they had 3 different sizes so asked the bartender if he could make it a bigger one and he said no, I already made this one. I was talking with other customers at the bar and they thought that he was joking but he wasnt. They said well maybe it is his time of the month. I replied well it seems to be everyone’s time of the month who works here! All he had to do was add more mix and rum. I work in a restaurant/bar as a bartender, it is not that difficult... esp when you are upcharging which makes your tip higher. I finally went to the mgr and spoke with him. I told him that I personally work in a restaurant so I know how to treat customers and explained everything to him. I had stated that this was our first time here and will be our last, he pretty much said oh well that was on us and was so nonchalant about it. Whenever I have a customer that is not completly happy, I empathize with them and try to do all I can to make their experience a better one. Not this place!!! We will never be back!!! Oh and after reading other reviews... didnt know it was 2 for one drinks... so we ggot charged for each drink. Such a shame. This place could be a really great place if the service and mgmt wasnt...

First time back since they rebuilt after Hurricane Michael. First we were seated at table 15 and another couple at 16 after we were seated first. This is a confined space bench/ two tables and chairs opposite there is no possible way we were serrated by the other people by six feet. Granit I am a generous person, but I am immune compromised and if it was the weekend and they were packed but nope it’s Wednesday night and plenty of tables in our view. 2nd Lots of miscommunication with our waiter: we both ordered sweet team No Lemon and we got lemons. Not to mention $8.00 for cheese dip for our very stale chewy chips that made my husband and myself both of our mouths hurt from the extra chewing. Then we try to make our order as simple as possible by ordering by the number of the meal we wanted. I ordered an 18 and my husband ordered a 33. Mine looked right and my husbands looked wrong and that’s because he put in 23 for his number. He went and got another employee to verify what was wrong with the order. So we had to wait for my husbands correct order to come out. In the mean time I start mine so it doesn’t get to cold. I am on my third bite of the burrito Supreme I ordered and all of a sudden I bit into something chunky and crunchy inside my burrito and it was beyond any heat level I can tolerate. I sucked down my tea and could see him down by the margarita bar on his phone for several minutes. Once he heads our way I am trying to make eye contact and get his attention but he walks right past us.5minutes later he asked if I needed tea. The lady manger was rude and very unprofessional. When I received my bill I noticed that we got charged for a large cheese dip we didn't order. We did order a cheese dip and we ate out of the dip so no big deal. I wasn't going to mention it. But then my mother stated she was charged a cheese dip topping on her burrito that she didn't order. When I told the server that we were charged incorrectly she acted confused and wouldn't really say a response back to us. So we asked for a manager. When the manger came she didn't seem to really believe that my mother didn't order what was charged. Then when it got to the large dip boyyyy. She told us a few times 0that the server we had is really good and she knows that that waitress always ask if people want a small or large and we did order a large one. I stated to her that she's saying I'm lying. Servers make mistakes and that happens. Its ok but don't tell me and my mother we are lying over cheese. She fixed the bill but for her to give such and attitude and basically tell us what we did do was ridiculous and uncalled for. After that we were left sitting there having to ask people to check us out. That was my mother's first time and I was excited to bring her. I've eatin there a handful of times.
