Five stars almost doesn't seem like enough!! Creative Gems is a phenomenal business and I highly recommend them!!! The owner and all the wonderful folks he employs will blow you away with their high level and quality of service!! I took in a diamond ring my Grandmother had given me, some old gold jewelry and a vague idea of what to turn it all into. Edward, in his genius and patience, crafted the most beautiful one of a kind engagement ring!! I was so taken aback with how it turned out!!! I was also impressed with how willing they were to work with me on price! Surprisingly, it doesn't have to break the bank to have a custom jewelry piece made especially for you! They also completed the order two weeks sooner than they had estimated. I can not say enough about how the whole team there feels like one big happy family!! Sam and Crystal were the two ladies I had the pleasure of dealing with most often, and WOW!! Such dedication to customer satisfaction and service!! Hard to find that these days! Creative Gems is awesome!!!! Normally, I would say low pressure when giving recommendations for a jeweler, but this place is no pressure at all. Matter of fact, I went in at short notice prior to my 24th anniversary to seek out a ring. I had an idea of what I wanted but not completely. Never once did they try to take advantage of the opportunity to push me into an anniversary gift that I really didn’t want. They took the time to ask questions and listened to what the customer wanted. They provided several options, but because they listened to me, they showed me a ring that met my requirements. Sad to say, it was a special order and would not be completed in time. I am happy to say, they made it happen. The order was placed late Monday and was told they would do their best to have it by my desired date on Friday, with my anniversary on Sunday. My ring was ready ahead of time. The staff was very friendly, happy, and definitely place their customers as their first priority. They are very sincere and enjoy what I perceived they do best, place you, the customer, first. I can’t recommend Creative Gems enough! I first went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band resized, and the staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The lovely lady who helped me could literally tell my ring size just by looking at my finger—of course, she verified it with a sizer, because she’s a true professional. My rings were resized in about 7 days, and when I picked them up, they fit perfectly and were shining like new!

After the wedding, I returned to have the rings welded together, and once again, I was met with such a welcoming and courteous experience. I was in and out in just a few minutes, and even though she mentioned it could take up to a week, I dropped them off on a Friday and they were ready by Monday afternoon! The rings were freshly cleaned, the welding was flawless, and they looked beautiful.

I’ll absolutely be returning to Creative Gems for any jewelry work I need, and I can’t wait to get a custom piece from them one day. Truly a top-notch...
