Subway — Restaurant in Panama City

My husband and I came in to this location starving. We know from other subway locations that the sandwiches are made quickly and are delicious. This time we think one of the employees might have been on something. There was one woman checking out and a couple in front of us. The 2 ladies behind the counter were struggling to make a 6 inch sub, a footlong, and a pizza. One of the ladies didn't put the cheese or pepperoni on the pizza before putting it in to cook as well as forgetting to put cheese on the 6 inch sub before toasting it. We arrived at 7:10. We didn't get our order taken until 7:34. As I said they were checking out one customer and messing up the couples order in front of us. The poor man didn't even want his sandwich toasted after waiting so long to get food and having them mess it up. When it came time for us, the woman making my husbands sandwich said he'd be the last one getting a meatball sub as the pan was going to empty. They don't close until 11pm and this was at 7:34pm. After finally getting our sandwiches at 7:44 pm there was one customer to come behind us. They told him that they had a rush. I don't see how 3 people is considered a rush. The woman also asked the customer after us if he wanted his vegetables on before toasting. I don't work for subway but I have never seen any employee put the veggies on before toasting unless specifically requested by the customer. The couple who ordered the pizza also couldn't have it in a pizza box as the woman said that they had been out of pizza boxes since last week. Upon arriving to Subway me and my mom waited in line for the subway cashier to make our sandwiches there were two people in front of us as I stated once she was done making the sandwiches for those customers and they left the subway me and my mom waited for her as she made a phone call and attempted to have a phone conversation as she had her phone conversation she grabbed two sub breads and I assumed that she was preparing to make me and my mom sandwich I stated that I did not eat pork so I did not require bacon on my sub due to religious reasons she glared at me frowned paused look to the side and then responded that she would get with me once she got done off the phone this visit took place April 20th me and my mom had came from the hospital with...

This store is poorly managed. I came in on a Tuesday evening around 430pm. There was 1 staff member (17 years old) making all the subs, doing the condiments, and ringing people out. There was another worker outside smoking. She came in, took her subway apron off and proceeded to do things in the back with her ear buds in not helping the other worker. I waited over 20 minutes in line to get 2 kids subs that took 5 mins. The wait wasn't the problem, the fact that this person had no help and was being abused was disturbing. AND to top it all off, the worker was being video taped with a camera watching his moves. Apparently the manager can tell the worker what to do and micromanage him....
