I recently dined at Tijuana Flats, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food quality was outstanding, making it a standout in the world of Tex-Mex cuisine. I opted for a burrito bowl, and it exceeded all my expectations. Each ingredient was fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The combination of flavors in the bowl was simply delightful, creating a harmonious blend that made every bite a pleasure.
My companion chose hard shell tacos, and they were equally impressive. The shells were crisp and fresh, providing the perfect contrast to the flavorful fillings. The tacos were generously stuffed with a mix of savory ingredients, all of which tasted incredibly fresh and well-prepared. It's clear that Tijuana Flats takes great care in using quality ingredients, and it really shows in the final product.
The service at Tijuana Flats was another highlight of our visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations, which added to the overall positive experience.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was commendable. The dining area was spotless, and the ambiance was inviting and comfortable. It's always reassuring to see a restaurant that places such a high emphasis on maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for its patrons.
In summary, Tijuana Flats provided an excellent dining experience with top-notch food, outstanding service, and a clean,...
Read moreSo I just wanna start off by saying that I was a trainer at the Tijuana Flats locations in Jacksonville I trained at two different locations for two years. This location is absolutely nothing like the standards that Tijuana Flats represents. First, there is supposed to be one person working the phone to take to go orders and pick up orders at all times. Second of all there is supposed to be 2 to 3 workers working front of house and taking orders at the computers for guest that are dining in. There are also supposed to be 2 to 3 workers working as runners running food from back of house to front of house . Also whenever there’s nothing to do the front of house people are supposed to check on all the tables and make sure they don’t need any refills on anything. I went in and I sat for 25 minutes in the line with only two people in front of me because the person that was on the computer taking orders for people that were dining in had to go back-and-forth between the computer and the phone which is absolute unacceptable. If our regional manager came to this location he would not allow these things to be happening. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous for how the standards are supposed to be whenever you are representing the...
Read moreFirstly, the food was fresh and good. But…I ordered ahead of time on the app and scheduled pickup time for 4:45. I arrived right on time and tapped the “I’m here” button. There was no designated curbside parking so I parked straight across from the doors. 15 minutes later I got out of the car and went inside to see what was taking so long. The young lady at the counter was very kind. She went into the kitchen to find out what was going on with my order. After another 5 minutes my order came out. I was frustrated and upset but I smiled and said thank you. I only live 5 minutes away but the food wasn’t hot when I got it home. It was warm at best and the chips in the styrofoam containers were stale and chewy. The chips in the bags were better. Tacos and chimichanga were very good. Atom bombs were yummy and so was the sweet chili sauce. Queso, guac, and salsa were all good as well. We might be back for the food but the curbside experience was a big...
