People were rude that were gambling and the employees acted like we were bothering them. The courtesy desk was anything but that ! The customer service woman was snippy and acted like was we were not worth her time. Needed to have a players card to get a beer or mixed drink which is ridiculous when the line is 15-20 people deep!! Don't recommend going there at all stick to the Philly...

Cocktail waitress's are rude n ignorant waited an hr for my drink in the high rollers room just to have the waitress come back without my drink n flat out lie saying she passed with my drink and i ignored her!
