Pizzeria Montagna — Restaurant in Paradise Township

Last night the staff in the Pizzeria were just plain rude. I stood outside their door as the sign stated 1 guest at a time. I waited patiently for 7 minutes which the guy behind the counter looked at me several times along with another employee then to state to me..we are closed!!! Totally lack customer service. The guest that they were helping offered to add my order to his and these employees was still AGAINST it!! When I stated I was only there for something to drink- they still didn't want to help. The guest said- please give her something to drink and add it to my bill. The employees looked at the man as if he was an alien and still they just kept saying we are close. I was able to get something to drink once I requested a manager. Training is necessary for this...

Not just a place for Pizza, They have solid breakfast sandwices as well! Our Host Juan is amazing. When my Wife and I go to Mt. Airy we always look for Juan. You can tell he has a sharp mind, great people skills and a quick wit. He has a calm demeanor even when the place gets busy, He could no doubt run this location and many others if he so desired.
