El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Nevada

I give this El Pollo Loco location 0 stars. The service was horrible. No customer service at all. I ordered the 8 piece family meal for me and my mom. The lady who said that she is the manager refused to give us our drinks that I paid for. She said it's her policy that I have to wait for my food. I paid almost $40 for a meal and paid additional for drinks. Drinks do not come with their family meal deal. I asked her why did she want to control when we have our drinks. I paid for it. She finally gave us our cups after she argued with me about it. This is so unacceptable. I had very bad experience. Some young kid that was probably about 18 didn't put salsa in the bag with the order for our tortillas. He only gave us green sauce and then he just threw our sides in the bag all sloppy. The coleslaw was spilling out of the container. After our order was ready he was just letting our order sit in the bag for like a extra minute before he handed us our food. The restaurant is disgusting. We didn't want to eat there. I didn't notice how bad the restaurant was until after I ordered my food... I drove there and wanted to dine in but we just decided to get the order to go. We will never eat here again. I wouldn't doubt if this location has roaches. It was just filthy. The Health District should close this location down...or please bring back dirty dining and shut this location down. Store #6019. It was so bad I wanted a refund but didn't want to cause a scene. I explained my concerns to the manager. She said that they are under staffed and she hardly works at that location. She should hire more people or something. There is no excuse for being rude and not cleaning every now and then. It was my first time there but someone else said that the lobby is always dirty at this location. Orders are a priority but your fast food restaurant should be kept sanitized and clean. It was nightmare on Elm Street. Choose a better location. Nobody should...

Never again!! Never again!! $175 catering order and we get treated like this!! How dare you?!!! This was the first and last time I or 12 of my coworkers will ever use this store’s catering service or the catering service for El Pollo Loco ever again!! They sent us the order on time, but there were items missing and they did not send us any plates. Any utensils or any napkins!! For $175 no plates no napkins no utensils unbelievable!!! When I called the manager, a Hispanic male answered the phone said he was the manager. He said he would try to help us. He was sorry and then he wouldn’t send us the items that were missing. We would’ve had to drive there to pick them up.!!! What?!! The whole purpose of having a catered meal is so that we don’t have to go get it at our lunch hour!!! How dare you pack of clowns?!!! He said, go ahead and make your complaint in a very confrontational way. Why did he do that? Because he knows he does not care at all!! This was a waste of money and a waste of time and we will never do it again and all 12 of my coworkers agreed and they are beginning their campaign to badmouth this particular El Pollo Loco location and what happened!! Word of mouth is much more powerful than these companies think. It’s obvious that the manager doesn’t care the least they could’ve done was send us somebody with this stuff quickly. I have been coming to this location for 17 years and nothing has changed. Service is horrible. They always forget something. Family members are always in the dining room. Today we came in and the manager was sitting with another person and then finally decided to come to the counter after 5 people were now in line. The workers were rushing to make orders. The manager limped her way to the back of the fridge and gave the other person cilantro and then mess around behind the counter before very annoyingly took out order. I ordered the Chicken Avocado burrito and had to open it to find the one single slice of avocado. They forgot to give my husband tortillas. The Tables are NEVER clean!
