We came in and ordered. Sat down the fries were a small I ordered a medium. I asked my son to ask for our medium. I told him we would pay for a large. The person walked torwards our table and started to argue with me over the Size of the fries. Then she informed me since we ate two. She would then charge us for a large. Then she sarcasticly Said have a nice day. I then informed her to do the same along with her terrible attitude. We came her before and we had really good service. We won't be returning. The person we dealt with was a manager. Go figure this manager is going to cost this restaurant a lot of business. Horrible service. I go through drive thru to go quicker. The girl taking my order was not paying attention. The car in front of me leaves... they ask me to park in front I thought they're busy with other orders. There was no one behind me I asked for buttermilk sauce before I parked. They took forever to bring out my order I open bag no buttermilk or napkins. I get off and they give me a look like " i again " felt so uncomfortable that I quickly grabbed the atuff I get home and realized they completely game me the whole order wrong The burger they gave me was sooo gross and even the bun was greasy. The staff is very Very unwelcoming and unapologetic, even when they make a mistake on an order. They have signs and items on the menu that are no longer offered. I purchased though the drive thru and had to go inside and stand at the counter for 5 min before being assisted, several employees looked right at me in this time and continued about their business.
