I called 7 minutes ahead of me arriving to the restaurant. The girl who answered advise me a 10-15 minute wait and that I could not write my name down over phone. Now working in customer service myself I understand completely that some hours may get busier than others, however it is management's job to keep level-headed so as to set an example for their employees. That being said when I walked in, the manager Jeanine, was at the front as a greeter. My mother asked her if she could right her name down and what the wait time was. Jeanine found it appropriate to answer my mother with attitude due to the high volume of customers coming in. If I had not been standing there to hear it, I would not have believed that a manager would talk to a customer so rudely. Upon hearing that the wait time was now 20-30 minutes, my mother mentioned we called earlier and had been told that it would be a shorter wait. Jeanine then commented before my mother's sentence was out, that a flood of customers came in from the 7 minutes we had called. However I heard from other customers that they had been waiting for at least an hour already. My mother and I were so offended by the attitude of Jeanine and her employees working the shift that we decided to leave. Upon calling back to speak to the manager to talk about the customer service we had received we were surprised to hear that Jeanine was the manager and her apology was not satisfactory at all. Read moreCalled to see how busy it was, but the Male (Employee) answered and was distracted by other Employees. He hung the line and placed the order online. Upon arrival, was greeted by a Female IHOP Employee. She said the order isn't ready and had to wait. I did and observed that more and more people we're arriving. Around 10-15 minutes later, I went to check the status of my order. A different Employee stated that I had to pick my order on back. I went to the back and food was ready, but it was somewhat cold. The Male Employee offered me a free drink due to me explaining the fiasco and lack of customer service I experienced on front. He then mentioned that there's signs posted on front that Orders on Line is picked up on back. I was going to reply, but was disappointed on the lack of customer service. Around 5 minutes after, I left, I called and spoke to Manager Lenny. I explained the Lack of Customer Service that I experienced and he stated that this is not the 1st complaint that he has received from a Customer. He assured me that this won't happen again and to give them another chance to make it better. He then asked for my Order Number? I didn't have it with me. Read moreBad experience. We have been several times to this location, but after yesterday's experience that will our last one. They are very disorganized. They brought part of the order missing all condiments including toast for the eggs, syrup for the pancakes, butter for the waffles, straw for the drinks, salsa for one of the orders. Two serves went back and forth several times bringing one thing at a time. I didn't want to start eating because I wanted the toast for the eggs and the butter for the waffle, ( you go and pay to eat the food the way you like it right?) After asked several times they finally brought some butter so I ate my waffle, I finished it and still no toast was brought, my food was already cold, so I called the server Named Linda who was passing by, she had the nerve to answer a costumer ( me) with a rude horrible attitude and raising her hands and shoulders: What is that you want! I couldn't believe I was getting that answer from a waitress!I just turned my face and ignored her because my family was there, I just told her I dont wantedher to help.me anymore. They brought the toast after we have all almost finished the food. Bad service, bad attitude.
