Bellflower Travel Inn — Hotel in Bellflower

I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. First of all when me and my son walked in there were cockroaches on the ground and when we went to put down our luggage we went to see a fridge that was not there even though they assured us there were fridges in every room. I asked for another room that had a refrigerator in it already and when we enter the second room there was a broken-down refrigerator. I didn't want to keep Making Waves so I settled on the 2nd room and to my dismay there were holes in the walls holes in the ceiling graffiti on the walls with nail polish paint and dirty stained carpet and a filthy bathroom. The internet signal was horrible and most of the websites were blocked due to security issues. I couldn't sleep all night long due to the banging and stomping from the room upstairs and the screaming and hollering from the room to the left of me. The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with back pain. I paid for two nights in advance but when I woke up the first morning having to kill roaches I just couldn't stay in that place for another minute. I told the manager that I was not pleased and that I would be checking out early. It was against their no-refund policy but he did go ahead and...

This place was okay for the price.

First of all, these Arabian guys are pretty shady. I wanted to stay at the Roadway Inn for their room with the jacuzzi, they were all sold out so this was my second choice. I called at 9pm asking for rooms and rates, they said yes we do have one for $140 plus tax, but he would give it to me for $110. I said sure ill be there in 20mins. I get there and two guys came out. They told me $140, and that it will be a smoking one. Told them i had called on the phone and yeah blah blah okay $110 they said. After i gave ID and info he goes on and tells me Cash only. Really cash only!? I only had $100 cash, so they made me go down the street to 711 at night just to get some cash back. After i came back i paid, then another guy came out and they started talking in their language about the room. Idk about you guys but that and paying cash only doesnt seem very professional when youre paying $100 plus for a motel.

Anyyyways I still gave 4 stars because the place was not dirty, and had a jacuzzi! All for $110 Pretty cool :D

I would add exhaust vents for the jacuzzi, otherwise you have to touch the dusty blinds and crack the window so the room...

Best managers owners great rates works with long term guest on payments maids could use a little training on how to be friendly making sure the regular stay i.e.those of us that stay for Max amount of days which is 28 are taken care of of daily it's been 3 days since my room was clean had to beg for towels everyday and beg to have the room which just vacuum it's clean been here 2 not one time has the bathroom been cleaned I've asked simple tasks vacuuming taking out my trash in my room to be cleaned I eat the bathroom for sure every day these meds are missing out on major tips because they aren't paying attention to the regular stay guests I even had to beg for new bedding today in which they have not brought me my blankets I have a sheet on my bed and that is it customer service 101 needs to be reviewed by the maid service in this hotel everything else the owners and the managers are great the maids need some work you are in customer...
