I ordered here last week online hoping to eat in the dining room during my lunch with my family (since I only had 30 mins to eat with them) but the guy working at the time said the dining area was closed and it opens at 4pm. It made no sense that they had the dining area closed when there was no sign saying the dining area was closed / opened at a certain time. The worker then said that they can't have the dining area open due to covid and that there hasn't been an inspection for them to allow dine in. Which threw me off because he had mentioned that the dining area opens at 4pm.. So I was confused to why he said 4 pm but then says they're not allowed to have dine in..? Not to mention I've come during my lunch hour at 12pm to come eat here before, even during COVID. I honestly think the worker was coming up with excuses so he wouldn't have to work hard and keep it clean. Anyways, to make things worse, I had ordered 2 Caesar salads with my pizza and I noticed there wasn't any Caesar dressing so I asked for it and the worker then tells me that they ran out of Caesar dressing and if I wanted too, I can use ranch instead but I would have to pay for it even though they ran out. It honestly made me so angry with these employees because they had such attitude and seemed so careless.. I ordered a Caesar salad so I expect Caesar dressing with it not ranch, or at least update your menu and say don't have the dressing that way it stops people from buying things you don't actually have! My family and I ended up taking the salad without dressing because of how upset we were. We came during our lunch time to eat and enjoy the little time we had but it was just awful. Read moreI Placed a specific/special phone order on 3/20/20 for pick up ( because pizza hut isn't cheap yet delicious, I was avoiding delivery fees). I also placed the order over the phone due to the specifics of the order. I arrived to Pizza hut restaurant exactly at the 20 minute mark that the gentlemen I placed my order with advised the order would be ready by. When I was called for my order the staff realized they forgot to make one of the pizzas ordered, my BF and I were offered individual large complementary drinks for the wait. Second attempt to receive my order the wings weren't made the way originally requested (naked buffalo mild sauce on the side). Supervisor Sandra was very kind and accommodating with both situation acknowledging the errors made on their end and she assured me my order was going to be re-done to my specifications. I witnessed Sandra being told off for a rediculous misunderstandings by customers over the phone and I'm sure with all the stress and frustration going on in the world right now there's have been many challenging customers the people working food services are facing. Unfortunate but true. I am thankful that poeple like Sandra are able to keep a smile on their face and pretend everything is alright just to keep a the customer happy. Read moreMy experience with Pizza Hut at the Alondra location was horrible. I placed my order well in advance via the website. Site stated I would get my delivery at 12:05pm, via Door Dash. At 12:10pm I had not received my order I called the number that was sent to me for my doordash driver he picked up the phone and I could hear him arguing with someone else about delivering my pizza I tried to get information about my delivery but he was in a heated argument and did not respond to me. I kept receiving messages that my pizza had arrived but no pizza in hand. I called Pizza Hut 3 times but someone kept hanging up the phone. Pizza delivered at 12:35 pm cold. I called Pizza Hut again someone picked up stating she was the manager explained my concern and frustration and her response to me was I need to call Door Dash because they don't do refunds on third party deliveries ( I did not request Door Dash). I asked her for the corporate number to file a complaint she said she didn't know or have it!! ( But she's the manager ). I received poor customer service at this Pizza Hut in Paramount, Ca.
