QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Paramus

I order from this location a lot, I like the quality of food and how clean this location is. My issue is the posted closing hours. There’s been a few times where I walk in 30 minutes before the posted closing time and have been denied service because the staff says they are “closed”. I get it, some days can be super slow, so it makes sense to close a little early, but it happens too often and mainly on the weekends, and after todays experience I’m probably never coming back to this location. Today I called at 9:40pm to ask at what time they would be closing because it says 11pm online. The first girl who picked up the phone greeted me, I asked for store hours and she responded with “uhhhh” and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. So I called again and this time a male worker picked up, I asked at what time they close and he said “anywhere from 10-10:40”. I’m extremely frustrated because I’m coming out of work hungry and the workers here refuse to work their posted hours… I get wanting to leave work early, but for this to happen so often is ridiculous. To be told that they may close an hour before your posted closing time is also crazy. This location has to either retrain or hire new staff…. Or at the very least change their hours because this is...

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so this time. The customer service is poor. There is one lady who’s serviced me a few times now. Yet every time I’ve had the same experience, which has been poor. She hardly gives me full scoops of chicken and sides, but loads my bowls with rice(which is sometimes hard since it isn’t always fresh. I always ask for a small amount and she continues to give me two overflowing scoops of rice). Then when I ask her to fill it she tells me to pay extra. The only people that give proper portion sizes are the gentlemen(who are always kind) that work here. I genuinely love Qdoba and I come here often for food after school, but this is not an experience that I can keep looking forward to. I would consider going to the location in fair...

so the guy working the night of 4/22 was extremely rude. The minute we walked in he gave a huge sigh and gave us the dirtiest look like he was mad we walked in there . We were the only ones there , like i understand you can be having a bad day , this place may have been understaffed but thats no way to treat a customer . He didnt even say hello or anything i had to ask him for my food and it was like i was pulling hair and on top of that he overcharged me and it was 21$ for the burritto like what the hell did i do to you man .
