Buffalo Joe's Pub — Restaurant in Paris

The food is really good to my taste. The spicy buffalo bacon cheeseburger with Bleu cheese and ghost pepper sauce is the best. Lots of thick cut bacon almost makes it hard to fit in your mouth. The house made ghost pepper sauce has a great flavor with a slight hint of spicy seasoning guaranteed to make you beg for water, mercy, water, the sweet release of death and water. Ask them to put extra on your burger and a cup on the side to dip your fries in. Be sure to get some on your finger and rub your eyes so you can make it look like you are really emotionally connecting to the music.

Buffalo Joe's has table service when they are slow. The table service is generally slow. Order before you think you are hungry. Once they get busy table service is non existent. Instead of delivering drinks they make everyone line up at the bar. So if you're there for the live music be prepared for someone in your group to miss some of the show to get drinks.

Buffalo Joe's can get expensive quick. Stick with the bottled drinks as the mixed drinks are apparently watered down quiet a bit. They taste good, but there is no way our group should have be able to drink that many mixed drinks and still walk a...

This was an awesome find off the loop in Paris. We visited on a Saturday afternoon so we didn't stay for the band. The outdoor stage reminds me of venues like Rubber Gloves in Denton or Deep Ellum Brewing Company Dallas in Dallas. I noticed QSC speakers on the wall in the bar so I would assume the stage sound is good.

The food and drinks we had were pretty good! They had a nice selection of beers and everything we asked for from a mixed drink stand point. We had some fish and chips and I wasn't disappointed. I will be coming back to check out more on the menu.

The staff are top notch. We were welcomed as if we were regulars. Everyone was friendly and having a good time while taking care of the customers. Ordered the “Spicy Buffalo Burger,” w/ waffle fries ⇁ an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Marvelous combo w/ a wicked-good dipping sauce. 🍺 Waitstaff were courteous, friendly & somewhat attentive. Long, elevated porch for outdoor dining & live music. Like a “Chipotle’s” inside, w/ open ceilings, finished plywood & air vents. TVs everywhere. Clever bar-height tables fashioned of wagon wheels-n-glass tops, supported by welded horseshoes. Kinda cool… 🍺 Lotsa folks sittin at the bar, talkin. Couples & families when I dined there.
