I was extremely pleased with how they treated me. I did not know they were not open until 5pm. I called a to-go order in around 4:30pm. As I was hanging up, I had realized the man said it would be ready at 5pm. I immediately called right back and I said "my order will not be ready til 5? I need to pick up now. its usually ready in 15minutes!". (im still unaware they are closed til 5) This man never told me, instead he said "you need it now? okay, come by and I will have it ready". I was confused on my way there as to why he would think I'd want to wait 30 minutes. When I arrived and he had to come open locked front door so I could come in and get food, I quickly realized he was kind enough to serve me before they even opened! Clean facilities, lively crowd, attentive waitstaff. Lots of couples & families. Background music quiet enough to hear yourself think. Their buffet was limited in choice when compared to Golden China, but the entrées were pleasantly varied - succulent ribs, large boiled shrimp (in shell), whole crawfish to mention a few.
